Added features of this grade include: Higher Stiffness vs. glass fiber, Higher Strength. This halogen-free flame retardant resin is EN45545 R6 HL3 compliant and an ideal candidate for train interior applications (category R6).

LNP THERMOCOMP RX12402 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 60% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Good Flow.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX910 resin is a non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). NORYL GTX910 resin exhibits excellent chemical resistance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as plastic/metal hybrid components, rail extensions, crash cans, wheel covers, and energy absorbers. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010AR Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque and transparent colors.

ULTEM™ Resin 4000 is a glass fiber, PTFE, and Graphite filled, standard flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). ECO Conforming, UL94 V0 listing.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7211 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.5mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@2.0mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

Transparent, high flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C)

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1000 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. SABIC's Specialties Business SILTEM™ Resin STM1700 is a top-quality, flexible polyetherimide (PEI)-siloxane copolymer designed specifically for wire and cable applications. It offers a halogen-free flame retardant solution according to VDE 0472, as well as low smoke emission and toxicity. This amber-colored, transparent material can be self-colored and easily processed using conventional equipment. It may also be suitable for flexible profiles or injection-molded parts.
