SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP KONDUIT PX11311U compound is based on Nylon 6 resin containing mineral and glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Thermally Conductive, Electrically Insulative, Improved UV Stability and Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRES FXE9111T PC Siloxane copolymer resin is an injection molding grade. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant. This resin offers good low temperature (-10 C) ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. Available for VisualFx capability in opaque “Illuminate” colors. ELCRES FXE9111T resin may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications, including but not limited to Automobile, Appliance, Electronics, etc.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PPX7200U resin is a non-reinforced alloy of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polypropylene (PP). This UV-stabilized, injection moldable grade exhibits improved chemical resistance and surface esthetics along with high-temperature performance, excellent melt strength, modulus, impact resistance, hydrolytic and dimensional stability. NORYL PPX7200U resin is an excellent candidate for applications such as hot water tank components and outdoor housings and enclosures. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include good or high flow and heat stabilization.

Xytron™ G3080R is a high-performance plastic compound from Envalior that is based on PPS (polyphenylene sulfide). It offers extremely good chemical resistance, dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and high stiffness. Because of its outstanding properties, it contributes to excellent performance in many different applications. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding.

ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a high-temperature polyamide with halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades. It is designed for demanding applications in the electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace industries. It exhibits best-in-class high-temperature and wet mechanical performance, weldline strength, and weldline strength retention in hot water and steam. ForTii® Ace WX53-FC is a PPA with a high glass transition temperature and extreme chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring high mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. It is processed using injection molding technology and features a USP class VI classification, making it suitable for drinking water contact.

ForTii® LDS85B is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It provides an excellent balance of flow, toughness, and stiffness, enabling the production of thin walls or complex geometries in electronics and electrical applications. The material is VDE (Verband der Elektrotechnik) approved for all colors, has a high RTI electrical rating of 140 °C at 0.75 mm, and a CTI rating of 800 V, ensuring thermal and electrical performance. It is phosphorous-free and VDE-certified. The processing technology for this product is injection molding.

ForTii® F12 is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It exhibits an excellent balance of stiffness and toughness, making it suitable for high-mechanical load applications such as power connectors or electric vehicle (EV) parts. With a high RTI electrical rating of 140 °C at 0.75 mm and JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) Level 2 performance, it allows for surface mount technology (SMT) processes without deformation and with a low risk of blistering. The processing technology for this product is injection molding, and it is phosphorous-free.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ NCF1010 is a compound based on PPE+PS resin containing 10% Glass Fiber, 10% Carbon Fiber and 10% PTFE. Added features: Structural and Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UFL36SXC compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant, Heat Stabilized.

LNP LUBRICOMP UL002S compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Wear Resistant.

LNP LUBRICOMP RAL23 compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 15% aramid fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent mechanical and flow performance, specifically designed for food contact and drinking water applications. It offers exceptional chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. The material can be processed using injection molding technology. It has good surface properties and meets the requirements for drinking water contact quality as well as food contact quality.

Boratherm™ SA 0020 spherical alumina particles are made from a special fusion process using high-quality ground alumina material. Boratherm™ SA grades are used in various applications because of their high thermal conductivity, heat resistance, and low thermal expansion. Due to the sphericity of the particles and the possibility to combine grades, one can obtain very high packing densities, resulting in formulations with excellent thermal conduction while maintaining low viscosity and easy application.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP PC+ABS 5005 TFUV 16151 is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend with 5% PTFE and UV stabilization that has improved sliding and wear properties. It is used in automotive, machinery, and injection molded parts, such as housings, functional components, bearings, and sliding elements. Processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 240-280°C and a mold temperature of 70-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® R 9519 is a special injection molding grade containing 45% glass fibers and recycled material, making it suitable for applications such as fixing elements and lamp sockets. Pre-drying is required in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. During processing, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of at least 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 2030/156 GF30 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 30% glass fibers, which are chemically coupled and have easy release (demolding) features. It is used for processing injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It is suitable for medical/personal care, building, and construction applications such as housings, pump impellers, and functional components.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/2813P.1 CF is a pre-dried polycarbonate featuring 10% carbon fibers, electrically conductive characteristics, reduced surface resistivity, and impact modification. It is typically used for injection molded parts in markets such as machinery and automotive, for applications such as housings and functional components. The recommended melt temperature is between 290-330°C and mold temperature 80-130°C. It should be kept in a dry, light-protected environment with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. To ensure optimal performance, it is important to store this material in the recommended conditions.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L FC 9510-7 is a polyphenylene sulfide-based polymer containing 40% glass fibers, making it ideal for injection molding due to its high stiffness, easy flow and reduced flash. It is suitable for applications in the machinery, electrical and electronic, and building and construction markets, such as housings and parts in contact with drinking water.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 17150 UV GY2240-08 is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features such as impact modification, UV stabilization, and the inclusion of recycled material with light scattering capabilities. It is used in electrical and electronic, lighting, and various exterior parts, fixtures/fittings, and electrical component applications such as housings, lamps, sockets, and more.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HP PBT 5262 18051 is a high-density, heat-stabilized, and high-acoustic damping polybutylene terephthalate with a 62% glass fiber/mineral filler/additive system. It is used for injection-molded parts in the automotive market, such as housings and functional components, with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C. To ensure optimal performance, it should be stored in a dry place, protected from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/269 UV is a polycarbonate injection molding grade that is UV and processing stabilized for easy release (demolding) characteristics and good flow. It is suitable for use in the automotive, machinery, building, and construction markets for applications such as electrical components, housings, and operating elements. For optimal processing, melt temperatures should be 270-310°C, and mold temperatures should be 80-110°C. For storage, this product should be kept in a dry, light-protected environment not exceeding 30°C.
