This material contains non-halogenated flame retardants, has performance capable of meeting the EN 50265-2-1 requirement, and is IEC 60754 compliant. FLEX NORYL™™ Resin WCD944 is intended for evaluation in wire and cable applications such as optical fiber cable jacketing. It has a Shore A hardness reading of 95 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties, and a low specific gravity. This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3mm, V0 at 3mm, and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ PCN2910 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and Low Warpage. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where high modulus and tight tolerance molding are required.

FLEX NORYL™ WCD883A resin was developed for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications such as HD 21.14 flexible cables that require EU VDE and dark color. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 88 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, and low specific gravity.
