The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

VESTAKEEP® 5000 G is a high-viscosity, unreinforced polyether ether ketone suitable for injection molding and extrusion. It is a semi-crystalline polymer with superior thermal and chemical resistance. Parts made from VESTAKEEP® 5000 G have low flammability and can be processed using standard machines for thermoplastics.

Altron™ 1000 PC machine grade polycarbonate is a transparent, amorphous thermoplastic that offers exceptional impact strength and elasticity, minimal moisture absorption, and outstanding resistance to acidic solutions. SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH1015UCL is an unreinforced amorphous thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for SMT applications that require injection moldable optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B standards. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP OFC08 compound is based on Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin containing 40% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: High Modulus and Strength, Good Impact Strength and Ductility, Excellent Heat and Chemical Resistance, Good Electrical properties and Inherently Flame-Retardant. It is also an Easy Flow grade with Good Flash Control. Applications of this grade include electric and electronic components, and various parts requiring high strength and high heat resistant. SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin RH1016UCL is an unreinforced amorphous thermoplastic polyimide (TPI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 279°C. It has excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material has good near-IR transparency and a high refractive index, making it an excellent candidate for surface-mount technology (SMT) at the JEDEC standard temperature of 260°C, requiring injection-molded optical lenses and connectors. The material is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B.

SABIC’s NORYL NHP8000VT3 resin delivers thin-wall, non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardance and achieves one of the highest comparative tracking index level (CTI PLC0).
