3B Fiberglass DS 2200-13P is a 13 μm filament dia-meter, 4 mm long chopped glass fiber designed for production of Polyolefin compounds.DS 2200-13P shows outstanding compatibility with Polypropylene. This is the material of choice for very high glass content (up to 50 %wt) compound grades that require good fiber dispersion as well as mechanical properties. DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol. DS 2200-13P can also be used in applications complying with strin-gent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS. 3B Fiberglass M8630 is a non-woven mat made out of ECR glass _x005F_x001e_laments, consisting of continuous _x005F_x001e_bres randomly oriented in multiple layers. The glass _x005F_x001e_bre is bonded with a silane coupling agent and the layers are held together with a suitable binder. The M8630 family products contain an insoluble binder compatible with a large range of thermoset matrices like both un_x005F_x001e_lled or _x005F_x001e_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8630 emulsion mat is ideally suited for matched metal die molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding _x005F_x001f_at, large and heavy panels or non complex parts. The excellent mechanical properties provided by 3B CFM combined with the good electri-cal properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation industries and infrastruc-tures equipments.

3B Fiberglass DS 1125-10N is designed to reinforce a broad range of polyamide resins, including PA6, PA66, PA610, PA6/66 copolymers and semi-aromatic PA.When molded this product exhibits outstanding dry mechanical properties and no sensitivity to mold release agents commonly used, such as calcium stearate. Its sizing has been designed in order to offer excellent dispersion properties. It can also reinforce and offer excellent performances in all flame retardant and impact modified polyamide formulations. Thanks to its very light color, this product can be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part. An innovative manufacturing techno-logy provides DS 1125-10N chopped strand with an excellent strand integrity and bulk density. As a result this product exhibits excellent feeding properties with very low fuzz generation.
