Hot punching grade with excellent electrical properties and low moisture absorption. Major application is for punched parts for switches and other insulation applications requiring high electrical strength in applications where either moisture is present or in areas of high humidity.

NP630 is a fine machining grade with excellent electrical properties and moisture resistance. It has low cold flow with good dimensional stability.

Polyply Composites Polyply L-40 is a low cost general purpose flame retardant electrical laminate which meets or exceeds NEMA GPO-2 requirements. All grades of Polyply industrial sheet are produced using polyester resin and fiberglass reinforcement and it is U.L recognized.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2082 (PF CC 201) is a Viscoplastic material used for mechanical application.

Lamitex® XX PF CP 23 paper/phenolic laminated sheet and tubes offer high dielectric and very good mechanical strengths. Grade XX laminate and tubing are frequently specified for use in transformers, switchboards, mounting blocks, insulating panels, washers and spacers, and switchgear applications.

ISOVAL® TU 21/FR4 (EP GC 21) is made up of Flame-resistant, halogen-free round rolled epoxy glass fabric laminate tube with high strength for mechanical and electrical applications

ISOVAL® 11 HKB (EP GC 306 & 308) is a High tracking resistance (CTI 600) glass filament fabric, construction material in electric appliances and switchgear, especially for applications where surface contamination occurs, Thermal Class H (180 °C). It an epoxy-glass-hard fabric made of a glass fabric, impregnated with a special, tracking current-resistant epoxy resin. This gives the material excellent heat resistance and chemical resistance.

VOLTIS ME® (MF GC 201) is a Tracking resistant laminate with melamine-resin-impregnated glass fabric, for mechanical and electrical applications. Low flammability.

Lamitex® G-10CR/G-10 EP GC 21 laminated sheet is a woven glass fabric composite impregnated with an epoxy resin. It is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where extremely high mechanical strengths are required at room and moderate temperatures. It is frequently specified for its excellent resistance to chemicals and retention of good electrical properties in dry and high humidity environments. G-10 is non-brominated and is not flame retardant and should not be confused with a similar glass epoxy grade FR-4, which is flame retardant.

ISOVAL® TU 22 (EP GC 22) is a Round rolled epoxy glass fabric laminate tube with high strength even C at elevated temperature for mechanical and electrical applications.

Lamitex® FR-4 EP GC 23 epoxy laminated sheet is reinforced with a woven glass fabric. It is primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where extremely high mechanical strengths are required at room and moderate temperatures. Lamitex FR-4 meets or exceeds NEMA FR-4 and Mil-I-24768/27 specifications, has excellent resistance to chemicals and retains its' electrical properties in dry and high humidity environments.

Polyply Composites Polyply L-50 is a track resistant, flame retardant laminate which meets or exceeds NEMA GPO-3 requirements. All grades of Polyply industrial sheet are produced using polyester resin and fiberglass reinforcement and it is U.L recognized.

Inbord® M is a Phenole/melamine laminate having a tracking resistant decorative surface. INBORD® M is generally a mechanical grade and for lower electrical requirements (low voltage applications up to 1000 volts). The core meets PF CP 201 according IEC 60893 and Hp 2061 according DIN 7735. Thickness of the melamine laminate 0,1 mm. The temperature Index is E (120°C).

Lamitex® G-7 SI GC 21 glass/silicone laminated sheets are primarily used for mechanical, electrical and electronic applications where high mechanical strengths are required at temperatures up to 220°C. G-7 exhibits extremely good dielectric loss properties under dry conditions and good electrical properties under humid conditions.

Acculam™ Melaglas G5/G9 comprised of flame retardant melamine resin and a woven fiberglass glass substrate. It qualifies to NEMA G5/G9 and MIL-I-24768/1/8.This material has high strength and excellent arc resistance and electrical insulating properties which allows it to be used as mechanical support in electrical equipment, switchgear, and slot wedges where Class "B" insulation is required.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA XX MIL-I-24768/11 is made of cellulosic paper and a phenolic resin binder. Normal electrical applications are suitable. It is not suitable for punching. Machined with standard machine tools.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2072 (PF GC 201) is a Phenolic/glass filament fabric for electrical applications under high temperatures, flame resistant.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2083 (PF CC 203) is a Viscoplastic material for mechanical application and finely machined parts.

VOLTIS® Hgw TU 22 (PF CC 22) is a Round rolled phenolic cotton fabric laminate tube with high toughness for mechanical applications.

Lamitex® LE PF CC 21 cotton/phenolic sheets are intended for use in electrical applications requiring good moisture resistance. It has lower mechanical strength than materials with glass substrates, but has superior impact resistance when compared to paper based laminates. LE possesses good dielectric properties and medium dielectric loss and can be machined to relatively close tolerances.

VOLTIS® Hp 2061.5 (PF CP 202) is a High electric strength in oil, used in high voltage range at power frequencies.

CFP Composites BM-5 is cost comparable to aluminum on a fully finished component basis, but with all the benefits of carbon fiber.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA Linen Electrical Grade (LE) MIL-I-24768/13 is used when electrical applications require good moisture and acid resistance, best for machined parts with smooth edges, is similar to L It has good dielectric properties and a low dielectric loss.

Lamitex® G-3 PF GC 21 glass/phenolic laminated sheet is most frequently preferred for application that require high flexural and impact strengths and good electrical properties under low relative humidity conditions. . Lamitex G-3 meets or exceeds NEMA G-3, Mil-I-24768/18 specifications and meets UL 94-HB requirements.

ISOVAL® FR4-HF (EP GC 202) is made of Flame-resistant, halogen-free glass fabric laminate Type FR4, without any toxic flame retardants, UL 94 listed, Thermal Class H (180 °C). The resin is also extremely low in smoke and free of all toxic or harmful flame retardants.

Current Incorporated LAMINATED SHEET NEMA Canvas Electrical Grade (CE) MIL-I-24768/14 is made of woven cotton fabric with a phenolic resin binder. Materials with glass substrates are better suited for electrical applications that require good moisture resistance and mechanical strength. It has good dialectric properties and a medium dielectric loss.

VOLTIS® Hgw 2082.5 CE (PF CC 202) is a Viscoplastic material used for mechanical and electrical application.

INBORD® E is a phenol / melamine laminate with a creepage-resistant, decorative surface and good mechanical and dielectric properties as well as sufficient arc resistance. The core is similar to PF CP 203 according to IEC 60893 or Hp 2061.6 according to DIN 7735. The thickness of the melamine layer is approx. 0.25 mm. The insulation class is E (120 ° C).

ISOVAL® RKB-FR is a Tracking resistance of CTI 600, glass roving fabric laminates, for insulating partitions in switchgear, flame resistant, Thermal Class F (155 °C).

Lamitex® XXX PF CP 24 sheet has excellent machining characteristics, low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability over large changes in temperature and humidity. Chemical resistance is good when exposed to organic solvents and oils. Grade XXX is frequently specified for use in switchgear, oil filled transformers and power distribution products, tooling stock and test panel applications.
