SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES DMX1435D is a UV stabilized standard flow Polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resin with diffusion effect and improved scratch resistance. This grade is a good candidate for consumer electronics, mobility interiors and other adjacent applications, which need lower scratch and diffusive effects performance.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT3171 is a 38 MVR high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer enabling high esthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business FXE9330 PC-Siloxane copolymer is a special effects fluorescent with excellent processability and low temperature impact performance. Non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant product in most colors. UV-stabilized. UL rated f1/V-0/5VA.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRILOY UX99725 compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing proprietary lubricant. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

It is glycol, hot oil, and chemically resistant, has good flow, easy release properties, and is highly heat stabilized. This polymer is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and machinery applications, and can be used in the manufacturing of engine and drive systems, injection molded parts, clothing/fasteners, and exterior parts. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4920/100 MR20 is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer with a 20% talcum filler/additive system that is heat stabilized, easy to release (demolding) and processing stabilized. It is suitable for Automotive, building and construction, electrical, and electronic applications, including interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, exterior parts, and electrical components. Typical applications include housings, functional components, and fixing elements. Pre-drying conditions should be in an air-circulating dryer 80-120°C for 2-4 hours or in a dry air (desiccant) dryer 80-120°C for 2-3 hours. For best results, processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 4030/507 TV30 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with a mineral filler/additive system that is UV stabilized, has easy release (demolding), processing stabilized, and heat stabilized properties. It is suitable for use in the Automotive market segment and is ideal for applications such as fixtures/fittings, exterior injection molded parts, and interior decoration/finishing. Typical applications include functional components, fixing elements, clothing/fasteners, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/901 GN1232-20 is a base polymer of Polystyrene with impact and special features of easy release (demolding) and injection molding grade, suitable for applications such as injection molded parts, bezels, and housings in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and building and construction market segments. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours, and in an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours. Processing Injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2030/150 GF30 CP is a heterophasic copolymer made of polypropylene and 30% glass fibers, coupled together chemically and easy to remove. It is heat and processing stable, and is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 200-250°C and mold temperatures of 20-70°C. It is most commonly used for automotive purposes such as functional components, powertrain parts, housings, fixing elements, interior and exterior decoration and finishing. To ensure optimal results, it should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at temperatures of 80-120°C for 2-4 hours.

It has high heat stabilization, processing stabilization, and easy release (demolding) characteristics. The melting temperature for injection molding is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction market segments with typical applications such as housings, fixing elements, functional components and interior decoration/finishing, gardening tools, clothing/fasteners and exterior parts. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/902 WT1223-20 is a polystyrene-based injection molding grade with easy release (demolding) properties and impact resistance, ideal for use in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and machinery markets. For long-term storage, it should be kept dry in a protected area away from light, not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/40 FR UV WT1182-10LB is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is chlorine and bromine free, UV stabilized, and opaque, highly reflective. It is suitable for applications such as lighting, light blocking components, and domestic appliances, and is typically used for light guides, reflectors, and housings.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 2020/550 GF20 CP is a polypropylene heterophasic copolymer pre-dried with a dessiccant dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 h or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 h and with a filler/additive system of 20% glass fibers. Processing with injection molding requires a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. This material has special features such as being chemically coupled, UL-listed, having slip agent, being processing stabilized, having easy release (demolding), being heat stabilized and being suitable for the building and construction, machinery and automotive market segments. Typical applications include housings, fixing elements, and functional components. For optimal performance, this material should be stored in darkness and at not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 B 2030/209 GF30 is a heat-stabilized, easy-release and easy-flow polyamide 6 reinforced with 30% glass fibers, designed for automotive, electrical and electronic, sport, and leisure applications. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-100°C. Common applications include housings, handles, functional components, and injection-molded parts. This product should be stored in a cool, dark place, not exceeding 30°C.
