Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. IS420 laminate and prepreg products are manufactured with a unique high performance multifunctional epoxy resin, reinforced with electrical grade (E-glass) glass fabric. This system provides improved thermal performance and low expansion rates in comparison to traditional FR-4 while retaining FR-4 processability. In addition to this superior thermal performance, the mechanical, chemical and moisture resistance properties all equal or exceed the performance of traditional FR-4 materials. The IS420 system is also laser fluorescing and UV blocking for maximum compatibility with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems, optical positioning systems and photo imageable solder mask imaging.

G20S is grade of PET Reinforced Flame Retardant Polyethylene Terephthalate which offers good mechanical properties, good fatigue resistance, thermooxidizing resistance, soldering resistance, good dielectric strength, good flow and processibility, good flammability after joined flame retardant agent. Reinforced flame retardant PET is used for household electric appliance parts, communications, equipment's, printed plate board, rectifier parts, industrial switchboard, electrical appliances with inlays, electric coil skeleton, integrated circuit parts, automobile electrical appliances, etc.

370HR laminates and prepregs, deigned by Polyclad, are made using a patented high performance 180°C Tg FR-4 multifunctional epoxy resin system that is designed for multilayer Printed Wiring Board (PWB) applications where maximum thermal performance and reliability are required. We manufacture 370HR laminates and prepregs with high quality E-glass glass fabric for superior Conductive Anodic Filament (CAF) resistance. 370HR provides superior thermal performance with low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE) and the mechanical, chemical and moisture resistance properties that equal or exceed the performance of traditional FR-4 materials. 370HR is used in thousands of PWB designs and has proven to be best in class for thermal reliability, CAF performance, ease of processing and proven performance on sequential lamination designs.

G-10V is a grade of Reinforced flame retardant PBT which offers good creep resistance, good impact, good dielectric strength, good fatigue resistance, heat resistance, good dimensional stability, good flow and processibility, good flammability. Reinforced flame retardant PBT is used for electric coil skeleton, electric plug-in unit, luminaire parts, integrated circuit parts, automobile engine shells, automobile by-pass valve control, etc.
