This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a more sustainable FR and PBT solution.

LNP LUBRICOMP JD4901 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL SE1GFN3 resin is a 30% glass fiber reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL SE1GFN3 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL PX9406P is VDE certified IEC60335 and offers strong electrical performance at thin wall, high heat resistance, Low Warpage, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability. This material is an excellent candidate for unattended appliance applications such as printed circuit board (PCB) holders, terminal blocks + connectors, circuit protection / relay / switches, motor end caps, control box / panels, and battery charger / fuse holders where VDE IEC60335 is required. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.
