This high performance injection moldable grade has a UL 5VA flame rating, non-brominated / non-chlorinated FR package, UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1, excellent chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and flow. NORYL GTX4610 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, and insulator components. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/141 is a polycarbonate base polymer that offers UV stabilization, easy release (demolding), flame retardant, and impact modified properties for injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic, lighting, and various markets. It is recommended to pre-dry the material before processing. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/542 FR UV is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features including UV stabilization, easy release (demolding), and flame retardant. It contains recycled material and is suitable for electrical and electronic applications, such as housings, plugs/connectors, and functional components.
