ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3094/60 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber with extremely short curing times. The vulcanizates of the product are noted for good mechanical as well as electrical properties and for excellent heat resistance. Due to the outstanding compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

Cured articles made from this addition-cure rubber display high transparency and exhibit good to very good mechanical properties. Moreover, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP THERMOCOMP RF0057E compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 25% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Non-Brominated & Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin SF2270 is a 20% Glass fiber filled, super high flow (highest flow) polyetherimide(PEI) (Tg 217°C) with internal mold release, ECO conforming, UL94 V0 listing.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

High flow ULTEM for thin wall application

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL PX9406P resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 0.75mm. NORYL PX9406P is VDE certified IEC60335 and offers strong electrical performance at thin wall, high heat resistance, Low Warpage, low moisture absorption, and dimensional stability. This material is an excellent candidate for unattended appliance applications such as printed circuit board (PCB) holders, terminal blocks + connectors, circuit protection / relay / switches, motor end caps, control box / panels, and battery charger / fuse holders where VDE IEC60335 is required. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

Stanyl® TW341 B-MB is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

MOCOM Compounds Alcom® TCD PA66 5050 14016 is a thermal conductive and electrically insulating polyamide 66 material that is heat stabilized. It is used in a variety of market segments including automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, and lighting. Typical applications include radiator systems, cooling systems, housings, functional components, plugs/connectors, and lamp sockets.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/517.01 IM is a heat-stabilized, easy-release, and easy-flow polyamide 66 that is adhesion-modified to PVC. It is commonly used in applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and various automotive powertrain parts in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments. For injection molding, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 40-80°C. The product should be stored in the dark and kept at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds Alcom® TCD PA6 5060 FR 15090 is a polyamide 6 (PA6) material that contains a special filler system, making it thermally conductive, electrically insulating, and halogen-free flame retardant. It is also opaque and heat stabilized, making it suitable for use in radiator systems and cooling systems in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, and lighting industries.

It is suitable for a variety of markets such as Automotive, Machinery, electrical and electronic, and Lighting, and is particularly ideal for radiator systems and cooling systems. Typical applications include housings, functional components, plugs/connectors, and lamp sockets.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/516.01 GF30 IM is a polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibers filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 270-290°C and mold temperatures of 80-100°C. It has easy release (demolding), impact modified, injection molding grade, heat stabilized, nucleated and processing stabilized special features. It is typically used in automotive, electrical, and electronic markets for exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, and electrical components applications such as housings, functional components, and plugs/connectors. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%.

NYCOA 589 is an ultra-high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. It retains good melt strength even at high processing temperatures. This trait makes it suitable for blow molding and blown film processing. Typical applications include profile extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding.

NYCO6 1417 HS is a heat stabilized and impact modified Nylon 6. This medium viscosity resin was developed for injection molding and extrusion processes for applications requiring improved toughness, flexibility, and good heat stability.

Pentamid A GV30 H1 black is a normal viscosity, heat and high oil stabilized polyamide 66, 30% glass fiber reinforced.

Pentamid B GV15 GK15 H natural is a normal viscosity, heat stabilized polyamide 6, 15% glass fiber and 15% glass bead reinforced.
