This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N1900 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *this grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N190 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. This product is available in a wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide range of electrical applications.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/141 is a polycarbonate base polymer that offers UV stabilization, easy release (demolding), flame retardant, and impact modified properties for injection molded parts in the electrical and electronic, lighting, and various markets. It is recommended to pre-dry the material before processing. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/141 FR is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features such as UV stabilization, easy release (demolding), and flame retardant impact modification. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, or 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, dependent on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. It can be used for applications in the electrical and electronic, lighting, and various markets such as housings, security engineering parts, sockets, plugs/connectors, and various others.

It is suitable for electrical and electronic, lighting, and various other applications such as light guides, lamps, sockets, etc. It can be processed through injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ECO PC 1000 17153 WT2687-16 is a polycarbonate-based, impact modified, UV stabilized, and recycled material containing product, typically used in lighting, light blocking components, and various other applications such as light guides, lamps, and sockets. It should be processed with a melt temperature of 270-310°C and mold temperature of 80-110°C. Pre-drying conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours and 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ECO PC 1000 17157 FR IM WT2083-07 is a polycarbonate base polymer with special features including impact modification, UV stabilization, flame retardancy, and containing recycled material. It is suitable for electrical and electronic, lighting applications such as light guides, lamps, sockets, and various other applications. Pre-drying conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, and maximum moisture content should be <0.02%. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/516.01 GF30 IM is a polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibers filler/additive system. It is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures of 270-290°C and mold temperatures of 80-100°C. It has easy release (demolding), impact modified, injection molding grade, heat stabilized, nucleated and processing stabilized special features. It is typically used in automotive, electrical, and electronic markets for exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, and electrical components applications such as housings, functional components, and plugs/connectors. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%.

Plenco® 07307 is an organic fiber reinforced phenolic molding compound, offering improved mechanical strength properties. UL recognized under component file E40654. 07307 is available in black. 07307 was qualified under military specification MIL-M-14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) TYPE CFG and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.

Plenco® 07507 is an organic reinforced resole phenolic molding compound offering improved dimensional stability under humid conditions. 07507 offers excellent resistance to degradation from detergent solutions at elevated temperature. UL recognized under component file E40654. 07507 is available in black.

NYCOA 589 is an ultra-high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. It retains good melt strength even at high processing temperatures. This trait makes it suitable for blow molding and blown film processing. Typical applications include profile extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding.
