NORYL GTX4610 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of electrical applications including connectors, sockets, sensors, terminal blocks, and insulator components. Akulon® F223-D CRC-MB is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin with food contact acceptability. It is valued for its good mechanical properties, low viscosity, and medium viscosity variants. This product serves various markets, including automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and electrical and electronics. This has end uses in CEE connectors and EV charging connectors.

Akulon® F223-D B-MB is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) resin known for its food contact acceptability and versatility, with both low and medium viscosity options. Stanyl® TW341 B-MB is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours, or 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-3 hours, dependent on the moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.02%. It can be used for applications in the electrical and electronic, lighting, and various markets such as housings, security engineering parts, sockets, plugs/connectors, and various others.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9105-1 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with 30% glass fiber filler/additive system. It is designed for automotive and machinery applications and is known for its high toughness and stiffness. During processing with injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 320-340°C, and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/517.01 IM is a heat-stabilized, easy-release, and easy-flow polyamide 66 that is adhesion-modified to PVC. It is commonly used in applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and various automotive powertrain parts in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments. For injection molding, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 40-80°C. The product should be stored in the dark and kept at no more than 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 2030/200 GF30 is a polycarbonate base polymer containing 30% glass fibers and recycled material, suitable for applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and other household goods and energy management. To ensure optimal performance, pre-drying conditions require a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-120°C for 2-3 h, or an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 h depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® R 9519 is a special injection molding grade containing 45% glass fibers and recycled material, making it suitable for applications such as fixing elements and lamp sockets. Pre-drying is required in a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. During processing, injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of at least 140°C.
