4020(6PPD) is Rubber Antioxidant. Pure 6PPD is white solid product, and will gradually oxidize to brown solid when exposed to the air. Industrial product 6PPD is purple brown to black brown granules or flakes, and will slowly cake when the temperature exceeds 35-40°C. It is soluble in gasoline, benzene, acetone, ethyl acetate,dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride ,methylbenzene, ethyl alcohol and other organic solvents, insoluble in water.

Generally, ethylene content is around 45% to 85% in EPDM Rubber. Higher ethylene content gives the higher the loading possibilities of the polymer, better mixing, and extrusion. The key properties of EPDM are its outstanding heat, ozone, and weather resistance. EPDM rubber have excellent electrical insulating properties. EPDM rubber have also very good resistance to polar substances and steam.
