The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ ENH3500 is an unreinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant Polybutylene Terephthalate (PBT) injection moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0@0.80mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

It is used in the Automotive, building and construction, Machinery, electrical and electronic, and Furniture industries for extruded parts, blow molded parts, and coextrusion. It can be used for profile, seals, sealing lip, conduit, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, and air duct, as well as 2K components. It is suitable for pre-drying in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours. It is recommended for use in automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture applications, and is suitable for extruded parts, blow molded parts, and coextrusion. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A65E 2GP0000 is a Thermoplastic Vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with a natural color, white, or black. It has high viscosity and good weathering, chemical, ozone, hot air, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction, machinery, electrical and electronic, and furniture market segments for extruded parts, blow molded parts, coextrusion profiles, seals, sealing lips, conduits, tubes, cable guides, cable jacketing, bellows, air ducts, and 2K components.

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon+™ mPPS SB-1010 is a modified PEEK (polyether ether ketone) resin that has been improved using AGC's proprietary fluoropolymer and compounding technology. The modification enhances the impact and wear resistance of the PEEK resin, as well as improves its physical and electrical properties. Fluon+™ mPPS SB-1010 can be processed using conventional PEEK molding methods such as extrusion or injection molding. Potential applications include hoses or tubes, wire and cable, gears, seals, or other markets that require high temperature and chemical resistance.
