VESTAMID® L1930 BK 9.7503 is a heat-stabilized PA 12 compound reinforced with 30% milled glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molding applications. Due to the low water absorption of PA 12, parts made from this compound exhibit good dimensional stability and maintain mechanical properties even with changing ambient humidity.

VESTAKEEP® 4000 CF30 is a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. It is specifically designed for injection molding. This semi-crystalline polymer offers superior mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance. Parts made from VESTAKEEP® 4000 CF30 have low flammability. It can be processed using standard injection molding machines for thermoplastics.

Dynasylan® 6598 is an oligomeric siloxane featuring vinyl, propyl, and ethoxy groups. Developed from Dynasylan® VTMOEO, this colorless and nearly odorless liquid brings enhanced properties. Acting as an excellent silane compatibilizer, it bridges inorganic fillers like kaolin, MDH, and ATH with organic polymers such as EPDM, EVA, and PE. In mineral-filled and peroxide-crosslinked cable systems, Dynasylan® 6598 improves mechanical and electrical attributes, especially in moist conditions. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.
