Polyflon PTFE M-12, in powder or solid form, is a white resin offering electrically insulating properties and enhanced physical properties. VYNOVA™ S6030 is a low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion and calendering of PVC: rigid films for medical, food or consumer goods packaging, compact and foamed sheets, compact and foamed profiles, foam core pipes and fittings, and flooring.

PEXIDAN® SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

THERMODAN® HF TP812BU has been developed specially to offer good processability, fast extrusion process with very low die drool. TP812 is capable of meeting the flame retardant requirements of UL 1666, UL 1685, IEEE 1202, FT-4 in specific fiber optic constructions. It is also recognized as halogen free under UL 2885. It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It possesses excellent tensile and flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic and corrosive fume emission

PEXIDAN® SX546 pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493CD, for small cross sections, or CM497CD, in the ratio 95:5, for a 125ºC working temperature system. This system has ambient cure.

EXTINITY® 0101-107 is a halogenated, flame retardant compound specifically designed for use in plenum tube applications. This compound has good thermal and ultraviolet stability and can be converted easily on standard processing equipment.

Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

RS-2320 is a castable, filled epoxy resin with good overall general properties and enhanced impact strength over other highly filled epoxy materials. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and low thermal expansion. This material is self extinguishing.

Neoflon PCTFE M-300PL, in pellet form, showcases outstanding transparency and gas barrier properties. With a structure replacing all hydrogen atoms in polyvinyl chloride with fluorine atoms, it achieves remarkable clarity, making it suitable for various applications in the electrical, electronics, and industrial sectors. SACO AEI Polymers THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is a flame retardant non-halogen thermoplastic wire and cable compound. It is designed for use in a variety of jacketing applications. This compound has superior fire performance including slow flame propagation, low smoke production and low smoke corrosivity. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212NT can be used as a jacket compound on cables recognized under UL 1277 tray cables and can pass flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is recognized under UL 2885 as being halogen free. It is natural in color and UV resistant.

RS-2243 is a castable, filled epoxy resin specifically designed for high temperature, high voltage insulator applications. This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines. This material has superior arc resistance as compared to standard electrical grade epoxy materials. In addition, this material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0 requirements.

Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T-2 is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant.

Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (50/50), the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to hot water. PEXIDAN® V/T-2UV is halogenated but is RoHS-compliant. Insulation made with this system may be marked SUNRES or ‘SR’ in all colors and in all sizes per UL44, UL4703 and CSA C22.2 #38. This product is also CSA-listed for RW90, RWU90, RPV90 RPVU90 and CIC, ‘SR’ and -40C rated.

RS-2272 is a patented, castable, lead free insulating grade filled epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring X-Ray shielding. This material provides good electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior arc resistance to any lead oxide filled epoxy. This material is non-flammable and meets UL94V-0.

THERMODAN® HF TP521 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.
