SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-KON TX06488 compound is based on Polyurethane (TPU) resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Excellent Ductility, Electrically Conductive. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Laripur® 5260EG is a high-quality PTMG polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version is specifically designed for injection molding applications such as ski boots and technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, including hoses, cables, profiles, and films.

Laripur® 9060HFM is a PTMG ether based TPU exhibiting an excellent flame retardant still maintaining good mechanical properties. It exhibits a matt surface and it is completely halogen free. It is consequently recommended for the production of high performance flame retarded items and extrusion of cables especially.

Laripur® 4760EG is a polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version of this TPU is specifically formulated for injection molding applications, making it well-suited for the production of technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, allowing for the manufacturing of hoses, cables, profiles, and films. The outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and microbes enhances the durability and reliability of products manufactured with Laripur® 4760EG.

Laripur® 9060EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is designed e.g. for injection molding of tags and technical items, while EG one for the extrusion of cable, profile and film.

Laripur® 8860EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is used for the injection of technical items while the EG one is indicated for the extrusion of hose, cable, profile and film. The latter is available also UV stabilized as EUV.

Laripur® 7560EG is a PTMG polyether based TPU exhibiting a very good resistance to hydrolysis and microbes attack. The standard version is indicated e.g. for the production of seal and technical items while the EG one is proposed for the extrusion of hoses, cables, profiles and film.

Laripur® 9060EF is a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) based on PTMG polyether known for its excellent flame-retardant properties. This transparent and halogen-free product is recommended for the production of fire-retardant items and cable extrusion, especially. Its flame-resistant properties make it a suitable choice for applications that require fire protection and safety measures.

RE-FLEX® 885AJL is highly versatile and can be easily processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, vacuum forming, solution coating and compounding. Parts made from RE-FLEX can be welded, sterilized, printed, painted, laser marked, colored, machined and die-cut.

BC 8675E is a multi-purpose elastomer that can perform many functions. Typical product features are: easy to use, cures at room temperature, resists moisture absorption, excellent in use for molds for casting of concrete and plaster, does not contain MOCA, MDA, TDI or MDI. CLP7469 is a solventless, low viscosity, two component, polyurethane casting system, specifically designed for casting transformers, coils and electronic components. This product is especially suitable for encapsulating low and middle voltage power and instrument transformers where cushioning of the core is not practical. The cured product has excellent thermal shock resistance.

This product is a filled prototype casting compound on polyurethane base and is flame retardant according to UL 94 V-0 and clasification DIN EN 45545-2: 2013-08 class R24 HL2 Processing preferentially in standard vacuum casting plants.
