In the absence of moisture, POWERSIL® 590 remains in a liquid state for an extended period, preventing the formation of voids.

ELASTOSIL® E209 is a one-component silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric humidity. It has a flowable consistency and utilizes an acetoxy-cure mechanism. ELASTOSIL E209 demonstrates good primerless adhesion to a variety of substrates. In case of fire, ELASTOSIL® R 502/75 OH forms a ceramic-like layer with high insulation resistance, good mechanical stability, and low smoke formation.

ELASTOSIL R 512/70 OH is a peroxide-curing HCR silicone for the manufacture of silicone-insulated safety cables that maintain circuit integrity. In case of fire, ELASTOSIL® R 512/70 OH forms a ceramic-like layer with high insulation resistance, good mechanical stability, and low smoke formation.

MC507U is a utility grade, glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It can be substituted for NEMA G-7, in most heating, appliance insulation and some bearing applications. MC507U has excellent strength and electrical properties. MC507U complies with MIL-I-24768/17 – GSG, with the exception of some specific electrical properties. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

SC-550-LV-TC-2 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-2 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-1 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-550-LV-RT is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component, room temperature curing system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily re-workable.

RT507F is manufactured using a fine weave glass fabric combined with a silicone resin system. It has excellent electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat and arc resistance. Typical applications include heating appliance insulation, welding equipment nozzle insulation, heat barriers and specialty bearing applications. The fine weave fabric substrate provides a “finer” finish on the surface of the finished part. RT507F also complies with MIL-I-24768/17, Type GSG and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-7.

CGSTAPE - 1157 is a 2 mil skived PTFE film backing with an silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.

CGSTAPE - 1159 is a 5 mil skived PTFE film backing with an silicone pressure sensitive adhesive.
