SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2320 is a high-flow, 30% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at more than 0.5 mm. This material offers excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance up to high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC's ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties at high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS-compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance needs to be checked case by case for colored variants. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. ISCC+-certified renewable bio-based solutions are available for this grade via differentiated color nomenclature. ELASTOSIL® R 500/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for general-purpose applications. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

It offers excellent performance within a wide temperature range of -55°C to +225°C. THERMODAN® HF TP832 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

PEXIDAN® SX522A pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. This system has ambient cure.

PEXIDAN® SX546 pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493CD, for small cross sections, or CM497CD, in the ratio 95:5, for a 125ºC working temperature system. This system has ambient cure.

VYNOVA™ S6030 is a low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion and calendering of PVC: rigid films for medical, food or consumer goods packaging, compact and foamed sheets, compact and foamed profiles, foam core pipes and fittings, and flooring.

VYNOVA™ S6630 is a medium molecular weight and medium porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion of PVC articles requiring excellent mechanical properties such as: window profiles, rigid profiles, and pipes.

VYNOVA™ S5902 is a low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion and calendering of PVC: rigid films for medical, food or consumer goods packaging, compact and foamed sheets, compact and foamed profiles, foam core pipes and fittings, and flooring.

Polyflon PTFE M-12, in powder or solid form, is a white resin offering electrically insulating properties and enhanced physical properties. Processed through compression molding, it finds applications in automotive and transportation, electrical and electronics, and printing and packaging. Its end uses include housings, industrial tanks, and skived films.

THERMODAN® HF TP832BU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

VYNOVA™ S6706 is a medium molecular weight and medium porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion of PVC articles requiring excellent mechanical properties such as: window profiles, rigid profiles, and pipes.

THERMODAN® HF TP521NU has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP521 have passed the 3m3 smoke density chamber test to IEC 61034-2.

PEXIDAN® HF SX545 pre-grafted base is mixed with a crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM540U in the ratio 95:5. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX545 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

Fujipoly Industries 7BN is for general use. It is made by extruding silicone rubber into a tube shape. The standard materials are roughly divided into two types, 7BN type (for general use) which has various standard dimensions.

PLASMER® 1050DB/DN is a general purpose grade capable of various types of extrusion and injection molding. It is mainly used in automobiles, industrial and household electrical/electronic parts, and in the construction industry. PLASMER ® 1050DB/DN is a fully crosslinked product and can be reused without scrap during processing.
