Arnitel® EM550 is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) renowned for its exceptional blend of flexibility, high temperature resistance, and strength, complemented by excellent processing characteristics. In industries spanning from automotive to E&E, it is gaining prominence as a more sustainable and efficient alternative to traditional rubbers, resulting in reduced environmental impact and lower system costs. This material can be processed using both extrusion and injection molding technologies and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Urochem Molding Compound 171 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin reinforced with highly refined cellulose. It is modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It exhibits good melt flow. It provides high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It is suitable for processing by compression molding. Urochem Molding Compound 171 is recommended for electrical accessories, sanitary products, caps and closures. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C

Decelith® 65135 by Polyplast Compound Werk is a visible blue, crystal clear and soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses recyclability and offers large processing width and good chemical resistance. Can be processed using extrusion. Decelith® 65135 is suitable for applications with high expectations on the visual appearance. Potential applications include cable insulations and sheeting. Is a VDE 0207 compliant.

Decelith® 63138 by Polyplast Compound Werk is a crystal clear, soft polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Possesses recyclability and offers large processing width and good chemical resistance. Can be processed by extrusion. Decelith® 63138 is recommended for cable insulation and jacketing. Suitable for applications with high expectations on the visual appearance and is a VDE 0207 compliant.

TPE Solutions TPV 170A Precolored Gray is a thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), that is based on PP/EPDM. It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs/TPEs. TPV – 170A Precolored Gray provides the performance of vulcanizated rubber with the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Excellent oil and chemical resistance with a maximum service temperature of 275°F. It is ozone, UV and water resistant as well. This grade is also considered polyolefin.

Shandong Xuye New Materials CPE135C has medium degree of crystalline and good melting fluidity. It is widely used in ABS, PE, PP and other plastic injection molding products to improve the flame retardant performance and increase compatibility.

Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C.

It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. Urochem Molding Compound 136 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.

Decelith® 61021 by Polyplast Compound Werk is an elastomer modified, lead free, stabilized flexible polyvinylchloride (PVC) grade. Exhibits good mechanical properties, excellent cold flexibility, recyclability, large processing width, good chemical resistance and enhanced oil resistance. Decelith® 61021 is compatible to polycarbonate. Is suitable for cable jacketing applications and recommended for cold flexible cables.
