SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel through addition-curing. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and demonstrates thixotropic behavior. This product offers rapid heat curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 911 A/B has a low volatile and uncured polymer content. It maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -40 °C to +180 °C. Additionally, it boasts a low ion content.

POWERSIL® 190 MH is a one-component silicone rubber compound that is peroxide-curing and ready to use. It is specifically formulated for high voltage applications. When used to extrude or mold insulators, POWERSIL® 190 MH provides excellent resistance to arcing and tracking. This enhanced resistance helps improve the reliability of electrical systems and reduces power interruptions.

POWERSIL® XLR® 630 A/B is a two-component silicone compound with excellent processing properties and low viscosity. It is designed for easy handling and application. POWERSIL® 3525 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, ready-to-use, addition-curing compound that produces an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer upon curing. Compared to conventional silicone rubber, it shows fast curing, with curing time being reduced by 30 to 50% depending on wall thickness and available machinery and runner system. No peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process.

POWERSIL® GEL FC A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a soft silicone gel. This product exhibits a very fast curing behavior, allowing for quick processing times. The resulting vulcanizate is transparent and possesses excellent mechanical damping properties, making it suitable for applications requiring vibration absorption. Furthermore, it is a non-bleeding gel, ensuring its stability and reliability.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. POWERSIL® 3100 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, addition-curing compound that is ready to use and cures to an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer. This product offers comparatively fast curing times compared to conventional silicone rubber, reducing cure times by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness of the application, as well as the available machinery and runner system. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process, reducing any potential hazards. The curing system also eliminates the risk of curing inhibition by oxygen.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/70 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It is specifically designed for casting applications and forms soft products with high mechanical strength. This ready-to-use, two-component system is very easy to process thanks to its low viscosity. WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 is an opaque paste with a medium to soft consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. The paste's low viscosity makes it easy to use as an embedding compound, release agent, or lubricant in various applications.

POWERSIL® 3500 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber, used as an addition-curing one-component compound for the production of press-cured articles. The resulting vulcanized products are resistant to tracking and display good to very good mechanical properties. The compound does not release any peroxide split products during cure or post-cure processes. The curing system is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials; cure time can be reduced by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness.

POWERSIL® 311 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product is specifically recommended for the production of electrical insulating equipment used outdoors, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more. It is particularly suitable for extruded parts that are cured in the air.

POWERSIL® GEL C 670 A/B is a two-component, addition-curing silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to a soft silicone gel. The gel is filled with a special lightweight filler, resulting in low density and compressibility. This unique compressibility makes the material suitable for applications in closed instruments without pressure compensation containers.

WACKER SilGel® 613 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber that undergoes vulcanization at room temperature, resulting in a highly flexible silicone gel. WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. It offers the advantage of extremely fast curing at room temperature after UV activation, as well as the ability for shadow curing. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft silicone elastomer. SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A has a mixing ratio of 10:1 for its two parts and exhibits low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. SEMICOSIL® 950 UV B is used in combination with SEMICOSIL® 949 UV A as a sprayable, addition-curing, 2-part silicone rubber of low viscosity that cures extremely fast after activation by UV light exposure to a soft silicone elastomer. The applied mixture offers a process control option by UV light (it contains a UV tracer).

This product is recommended to be used in control elements for cable accessories, contacts and keypads, interconnectors, electrically conductive rollers, and electrodes.

SC-550-LV-TC-2 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily repairable. SC-550LV-TC-2 is highly filled and offers excellent thermal conductivity. It is also offers a convenient mix ratio of 1:1 by weight and volume.

SC-454M-6 is a thermally conductive, low viscosity, condensation cure, RTV silicone potting or encapsulating compound. It is readily pourable and can cure at room temperature. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.

SC-550-LV-TC-1 is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. SC-550-LV-RT is a 100% silicone solid elastomer designed for electronic potting applications. This two-component, room temperature curing system offers a hard, self-bonding, thermally conductive, low modulus material that is readily re-workable.

SC-417 is a two-part, low viscosity, clear silicone which will cure at room temperature or at elevated temperatures. The cured elastomer is suited for electrical/electronic potting and encapsulating applications and provides environmental protection. It is readily pourable and can cure from room temperature to 200°C. The cured resin has a very good flexibility with excellent electrical properties and high temperature resistance.
