MILL 95 CRYSTAL US is Known for its versatility despite its low alpha acids, this hop was released in 1993 by Oregon State University and has roots from Hallertau, Cascade , Brewers Gold and Early Green.

Bohemia Hop Vital variety is a result of hop breeding aimed at pharmaceutical and biomedical purposes. It is a late variety with higher share of fruity and low share of spicy aromas. Vital is recommended for the first and second hopping.

MILL 95 CHINOOK US is Known for its versatility in any stage of the brew, this piney hop was released in 1985 and is a cross between a Petham Golding and USDA male.

MOUNT HOOD is an aroma variety released in 1989 from the USDA Breeding Program in Oregon. The variety is a triploid daughter of Hallertau mittlefruh and a sister to liberty, with analytical data similar to both. It has low alpha and beta acids content, low cohumulone and high humulene in the essential oil. Mount hood exhibits a pleasant, mild aroma.

WARRIOR® is a high alpha Hop brand developed by Yakima chief ranches. It has high agronomic yields and exhibits a moderate tolerance to powdery mildew. Warrior® is characterized by a low cohumulone content and very good storage stability.

Bravo is an excellent bittering hop that provides pleasant fruity and floral aroma characteristics. It also gives bitterness to hop.

NZ Wakatu™ is stemming mainly from Hallertauer Mittelfrüh and similarly suited for lagers, this hop was previously called Hallertau Aroma. Considered dual-purpose for its moderate alpha acids, Wakatu is more about its aromas of grass, orange blossom, and lime.

GR Hüll Melon is another of the modern Special Flavor Hops causing such a stir from the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany, this Cascade-derived variety’s name says it all: The sweet, fruity aroma smacks of melon - specifically honeydew- along with apricot and strawberry.
