Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than PEI. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180Cᵒ. PPSU has superior hydrolysis resistance when compared to other amorphous thermoplastics as measured by steam autoclaving cycles, it has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability. It also resists common acids and bases over a broad temperature range. Applications are; Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Dental, Medical, Surgical instruments. The PPSU filament is based on the technology of Solvay.

Facilan™ PCL100 (polycaprolactone 100) is a polycaprolactone material used widely for research applications in biofabrication such as scaffolds, braces, implants, smart materials, hydrogels, tissue engineering and drug delivery. Polycaprolactone in is reported in research tough, strong, flexible, bioabsornanle, biocompatible and compostable. It is based on raw material complaint with European regulation EC No. 10/2011 concerning plastic materials and articles coming into contact with food. Recommended restrictions. Do not use in medical applications involving permanent implantation in the human body.

3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.
