Envir® PA6G33TL-BK0801 is a 33% Glass fiber reinforced Nylon 6 molding resin. 6G33TL is optimized for large part setup and demolding while providing a good balance of flow and mechanical properties. It is provided Black in color.

OxyVinyls® 500F is a polyvinyl chloride homopolymer which is white, free flowing powder.

TPE Solutions TPV 160A is a thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE), that is based on PP/EPDM. It is designed to replace thermoset elastomers, such as EPDM or polychloroprene, and traditional thermoplastic TPVs/TPEs. TPV – 160A provides the performance of vulcanizated rubber with the advantage of low-cost thermoplastic processing. Excellent oil and chemical resistance with a maximum service temperature of 275°F. It is ozone, UV and water resistant as well. This grade is also considered polyolefin.

Envir® PA66T2HL-BK0603 is a highly Toughened Nylon 66 molding resin, it is Heat stabilized and Lubricated for high performance and processing. 66T2HL offers a versatile balance of strength and toughness, it is provided Black in color.

Viva Nylons Limited POM-C (Acetal) otherwise known as Acetal Copolymer features highly crystalline resins, making this material strong and rigid, with a low coefficient of friction in comparison to metals and other plastics. POM-C is also creep resistant and is recommended for applications where dimensional stability is important. The Copolymer grade is the ideal combination of strength, stiffness and wears resistance. It absorbs very little moisture, is easily machinable and is genuinely porosity-free making it the preferred grade for food contact and medical applications. The product exhibits an elevated resistance to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermal-oxidative degradation when compared to acetal homopolymer.

Elastoflo 30A-300 (SEBS Based Thermoplastic Elastomers) are a family of soft and rubbery products designed for applications requiring soft touch feel, high abrasion and slip resistance. These products have outstanding tear and tensile properties compared to thermoset EPDM.

BDHT H3601 has an excellent mold flow, mold release, superior resistance to the fuel containing alcohols.
