Esschem MMA - Styrene Bead Copolymers are a versatile range of copolymers combining methyl methacrylate (MMA) and styrene. These bead copolymers offer a wide array of properties and applications. With increased MMA content, the resulting materials exhibit remarkable strength and transparency. Conversely, a higher proportion of styrene enhances hydrophobicity, hardness, and impact resistance. The molecular weight plays a crucial role in determining the characteristics of the copolymers. Higher molecular weights, often associated with increased styrene content, yield stronger and more heat-resistant materials. Esschem's ability to manipulate the molecular weight distribution allows for customized properties such as durability, elasticity, and processing ease. Additionally, the particle size of the copolymers influences surface properties and rigidity.

KeyTray™ is a strong, biocompatible (Class I) 3D printing resin designed to create customized, individual impression trays quickly and with precision. The material is strong and durable to withstand the forces of taking a patient impression and removing the tray from the oral cavity. It is compatible with all types of impression material.

ACM C130P is a Unidirectional Woven Fabrics with Standard fabric width of 300 mm and Custom width range of 120—1600 mm having EP/VE Resin compatibility. Unidirectional carbon tapes are carbon fabric with at least 85% of the filaments arranged in the same direction. Thin glass, aramid, or hot melt fibers are used as weft (cross fibers). This structure supports the high tensile strength of the carbon tape and makes it a relevant material in demand for construction and many other applications.

Polysciences, Inc. Cyclic Olefin Copolymer, HDT= 130°C is a high transparency, low specific gravity, high heat resistant and have excellent optical properties and superior water vapor barrier characteristics. Combined with outstanding stiffness/ strength and favorable sterilization properties, they have found applications ranging from FDA approvals for pharmaceutical and food applications to optical applications and electronics materials. Whether used by itself or as a modifier for other resins, the ethylene-norbornene copolymer offers the optical clarity of polymethylmethacryate (pMMA), the heat resistance of polycarbonate (PC) and superior dimensional stability.

AMC® 8595 (unidrectional) is a unidirectional carbon fiber reinforced ESC® molding compound. It is easily moldable and provides parts that are high strength, fatigue resistant, with high heat resistance and a low density. The carbon fiber is standard modulus PAN based 60K tow.

Dynacast Industrial Products Isoprene Rubber - IR has very similar properties to natural rubber as Isoprene rubber is a synthetic natural rubber. This is the same polymer as natural rubber - but made synthetically. Isoprene rubber is essentially similar in properties to natural rubber but it may be somewhat weaker.

PBT-GF50, PBT, 50% glass fiber reinforced, approved for use in food contact

This product is a polyurethane system. Mechanical data according to test pieces post-cured for 8 hrs. at 80°C. No heavy chemical and mechanical stress before 7 days after curing at room temperature (20-23°C).

Toray Toray CFRT® TL-6000 is a reinforced thermoplastic composite that blends the benefits of a thermoplastic polymer matrix with woven carbon fibers for enhanced performance. Within the product range, 2 layer (MOD1, 2L), 3 layer (3L), or 4 layer (4L) products are available, all ultra-thin, lightweight, and resilient. This material can be drilled, ground, polished and adjusted after being formed with a heated gun. TL-6000 has a smooth high-gloss finish and transparent surface to show woven carbon fiber.

Viva Nylons Limited POM-C (Acetal) otherwise known as Acetal Copolymer features highly crystalline resins, making this material strong and rigid, with a low coefficient of friction in comparison to metals and other plastics. POM-C is also creep resistant and is recommended for applications where dimensional stability is important. The Copolymer grade is the ideal combination of strength, stiffness and wears resistance. It absorbs very little moisture, is easily machinable and is genuinely porosity-free making it the preferred grade for food contact and medical applications. The product exhibits an elevated resistance to hydrolysis, strong alkalis and thermal-oxidative degradation when compared to acetal homopolymer.
