ELASTOSIL® FX Gel 30 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. The main application of the product is in special effect applications for movies and theater productions. It is suitable for creating general prosthetic effects, life molding, body parts, wounds and scars, masks, and fat makeup.

ELASTOSIL® P 7676 A/B is an addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber that cures to a silicone elastomer with very low hardness. It exhibits rapid cure at room temperature, which can be further accelerated by the application of heat. This product is specifically designed for flexible molding applications in prosthetics.

ELASTOSIL® P 7915 A/B is a kneadable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber that cures to a silicone elastomer with medium hardness. This two-component compound demonstrates rapid cure at room temperature, making it convenient for use. It is particularly suitable for flexible molding applications in prosthetics.

Poly Chem Alloy FlexPlast 3905E is a plastic material that combines the processing advantages of a thermoplastic with the properties and performance of a rubber-like material. The product is a soft, flexible, highly elastic material that can be custom formulated to perform in a variety of processes, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming. These lower modulus, flexible materials can typically be stretched repeatedly, only to return to their original shape when relaxed. When heated, FlexPlast will soften until it flows, making it suitable for formation into complex shapes using standard thermoplastic processing equipment.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflex® / FE 170403 is a TPE-S, Shore A85, modified for good adhesion to various polyamides such as PA6, PA66, PA6.12, etc. It is available in various Shore hardnesses from below A10 to more than D50 and is often used as a substitute for rubber due to the cost-effective processing in the injection molding process. It is soft and flexible, can be colored freely, shows good elastic behavior up to 100°C and is pleasant to the touch. A wide range of modified compounds is available, e.g. adhesion-modified types for 2K injection molding, printable types, variants with optimized compression set, etc.

Clearflex® CL B0 is a linear low density polyethylene, with antioxidants, characterized by a very low density (VLDPE).The resin has a high stretchability and a good cling effect.Main ApplicationClearflex CL B0 is recommended for applications in which soft touch and flexibility are required, for the improvement of impact resistance when used as additive in blend with other polyolefins formulated with or without mineral fillers. Clearflex CL B0 is also used as cling agent in stretch film.
