SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ 1010AR Resin is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C, improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque and transparent colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY™ FR Resin CX2244ME is a polycarbonate/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC/ABS) blend that is injection moldable, high flow, and non-chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0 at 0.75 mm and a 5VB at 1.5 mm flame rating. This grade offers improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good choice for thin-wall applications and hospital/medical equipment.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2120 is a high-flow, 10% glass fiber-reinforced polyetherimide resin. This material is RoHS compliant, intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers, and offers UL94 V0 at over 0.5 mm. It offers excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This material is opaque and can be custom colored. SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which are available through differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2220 is a high-flow resin with a 20% glass fiber reinforcement made from polyetherimide. This material is RoHS compliant and inherently flame retardant, without the need for any flame retardant additives, and offers a UL94 V0 rating at over 0.5 mm. It provides excellent dimensional stability, strength, stiffness, and creep resistance at high temperatures due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. This opaque material can be custom colored, and SABIC offers renewable bio-based solutions certified by ISCC+ for this grade, which can be identified by differentiated color nomenclature.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UXiQ compound is based on Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) blend, utilizing ELCRIN iQ upcycling technology containing minimum 12% Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) weight content. Added features of this grade include: Non-Chlorinated, Non-Brominated Flame Retardant, Good Flow, High Impact, Improved Chemical Resistance, UV Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010R is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that may offer a high glass transition temperature (Tg of 217°C), improved flow and it contains internal mold release. Features are excellent mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material may offer very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings and aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. The material is RoHS compliant. The material is available in opaque colors.This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ LUBRILOY™ D20001 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing proprietary lubricant. Added features of this grade include: Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ FNH2160 resin is a foamable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS) and offers 20% weight reduction at 6.35mm (0.250”) wall. This material contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant with a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3.9 mm and V1 at 3mm. NORYL™ FNH2160 resin offers fast cycle time, improved processing, and exhibits good dimensional stability and low moisture absorption. The unique combination of properties in this structural foam material allows for designing optimum wall thickness in computer and business machine applications, electrical enclosures/housings, medical equipment, and hospital bed rails and components.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with a UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure, wall plate / switch, connector, and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications.

This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ DD0001 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing conductive carbon powder. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Non-Brominated, Non-Chlorinated Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business VALOX™ FR Resin ENH4550 is a 25% glass-reinforced, non-chlorinated/brominated, flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) injection-moldable grade with excellent chemical resistance. It has a UL94V0 at 0.30mm and 5VA at 2.0mm flame rating, making it a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN LUX7636C Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, extrudable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7636C is available in diffusion colors.

It is also chlorinated, brominated, flame retardant, and UV stabilized (F1 rating) for additional weathering capability. Available in both clear transparent and tinted color options, this resin is an excellent choice for a wide range of applications.

It has a UL94V0@0.80mm flame rating. This is a good candidate for a variety of applications needing a sustainable FR PBT solution.
