It is self-preserved due to a high pH level which causes a hazy appearance. This haziness will disappear once neutralized. If the final formulation has a neutral pH it should be preserved in a suitable way. Glucodet™ G42N is made from renewable raw materials and is readily biodegradable. It is very mild and low in toxicity.

This product is an excellent final rinse polymer for automatic car washes. It is highly hydrophobic, repels water (it beads up), and has a glossy, slick finish. Prototype formulas are available.
