Commercial bulk-polymerized dimethyl silicone fluids, such as XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 20cSt, typically contain trace amounts of impurities.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

WACKER® Plasticizer 1000 LV is a clear, colorless, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is commonly used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants. This product is suitable for applications in adhesives and sealants. Please note that WACKER® Silicone Fluid AK 1000 should not be used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 sealants.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

WACKER® L 057 is a 100% water-dispersible, hydrolytically stable polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane. The fast-curing properties of WACKER® Crosslinker V 90 also enable the use of a low platinum concentration.

WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is a modified silicone resin for the compounding of natural stone silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer MH 30 is used as a plasticizer in RTV-1 silicone sealants to avoid staining and bleeding effects on natural stones or porous substrates.

WACKER® TPR is a versatile product used in various applications such as car care, car polishes, paint preservatives, plastic-care products, polyurethane processing, and surface care. It is a reaction product of silicone resin with silicone fluids, resulting in the formation of water-repellent release films. These films exhibit significantly better affinity compared to polydimethylsiloxanes and many organomodified silicone fluids of similar viscosity.

WACKER® TPD is an aminoalkyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane used for the formulation of release agents for polyurethane processing. WACKER® TPD exhibits excellent release properties and, when handled properly, prevents release agent buildup on the mold. It is particularly advantageous when a very smooth and shiny surface is required for the molded parts.

SILFOAM® SE 1661 is a water-dilutable antifoam emulsion with a medium viscosity and excellent storage stability, thanks to its nonionic emulsifier system. WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

Wacker Chemie SG 3383 is a polyalkylene oxide-modified polydimethylsiloxane with organofunctional groups positioned as pendants. Due to its unique structure, SG 3383 demonstrates excellent surface activity. It can be utilized in both aqueous and non-aqueous systems. WACKER® E35 100 is a 35% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is primarily designed for use in applications for mold release, furniture polish, textile finishing, and other specialty formulations. WACKER® E35 100 contains sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. It should not be used in contact with amines.

WACKER® Crosslinker V 88 is a solvent-free hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains reactive Si-H groups. It is specifically used for curing crosslinking solvent-based and solvent-free DEHESIVE®-systems. Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.
