This ETFE (tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer) has a functional group polymerized directly in to the chain backbone, allowing it to adhere to other materials. AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. Fluon+™ PFA EA-2000 is a perfluoro resin which has been functionalized to include an adhesive group within the polymer backbone. The perfluoro backbone gives the material excellent electrical characteristics, and heat and chemical resistance, while the adhesive functionality facilitates adhesion to other materials in a one-step process, without the need for surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer. Example materials include glass cloth, polyimide, or various metals. This grade is semi-commercialized and may be available upon request. This material is supplied as pellets and packaged in 25kg plastic bags.

NYCOADAPT 2046 is a Nylon copolymer developed specially for applications that demand easy flow, exceptional toughness, and flexibility. Its moderately high melt viscosity processes easily on conventional extrusion equipment and yields products with extremely high tenacity and strength.

Nyco6 715 is an unextracted, medium - high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. The medium - high viscosity of the resin makes it suitable for tubing, complex profile extrusion, mandrel extrusion applications.

NYCOTUFF 1595 HS is a medium viscosity Nylon 6 resin, which offers superior flexibility and toughness in both molding and extrusion applications. Its high melt viscosity and strength provides excellent processability and yields extremely tough and resilient finished articles.

NYCOADAPT 2047 is a Nylon copolymer developed especially for applications that demand easy processing. Its lower melting point, greater flexibility, and lower crystallinity than standard nylon resins, makes it ideal for a variety of extrusion applications. In addition, the high relative viscosity provides excellent melt strength and toughness after processing.

NYCOA 589 is an ultra-high viscosity Nylon 6 resin for extrusion processing. It retains good melt strength even at high processing temperatures. This trait makes it suitable for blow molding and blown film processing. Typical applications include profile extrusion, film extrusion, and blow molding.

NYCOA NXTamidLL.5 P40 is a plasticized specialty tunable nylon copolymer. It offers extremely high flexibility & chemical resistance alongside low moisture uptake. It also offers improved processability for extrusion or molding applications & better property resistance to low & high temps when compared to similarly flexible polyamides.

NYCOADAPT 2065 is a medium viscosity Nylon copolymer suitable for injection molding and extrusion. This copolymer offers an excellent balance of mechanical properties and outstanding processability.
