MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT3056-10 is a white colorant, similar to RAL 9003, with a dosage of 9.0% for extrusion and injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity and application and operational area. It contains a Laser sensitive additive and a blue woolscale 8 Light Fastness colorant, and is based on Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. It offers a wide range of economy series to special blacks covering applications like ducts & water pipes, rotomoulding, films down to 20 microns, injection moldings & compounding. Black Master Batch S30 SBP 2710 has 25% of Carbon Black Content. The carbon loading percentage ranges from 25% to 50% and has good dispersion in the polymer base. For maximum U.V. protection, the final product should contain 2.5% of carbon black and accordingly, the let down ratio depending on the percentage of carbon black.
