MC511AF is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. Typical applications include insulation in power generation equipment and other structural applications when used in elevated temperatures. MC511AF is certifiable to MIL-I-24768/3, Type GEB.

Fast Set Epoxy 8332 is a quick-set 2-part epoxy adhesive. Bonded parts need only be held together for eight to ten minutes before handling. It offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials that are difficult to bond with, including glass, fiberglass, concrete, ceramics, woods, and most metals and plastics. This is a general-purpose adhesive suitable for household, industrial and manufacturing applications.

17 oz. aramid and "soft glass" fibers are combined to make a fabric that is stronger than pure aramid and less abrasive than glass fabrics. This material is impregnated with a high temperature epoxy resin matrix, which produces a composite with excellent mechanical strength at elevated temperatures and adverse environments.

MC511FR is a high strength, medium weave glass epoxy laminate that retains a minimum of 50 percent of its room temperature flexural strength when tested at 150ºC. 8329TFM is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive. It is dark gray, smooth, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs, and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips, and automatic dispensing systems. For a faster working life, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TFS.

8329TCS is a 2-part, heat-cure, thermally conductive epoxy adhesive with a 4-hour working time. It is a dark gray, smooth, thixotropic paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. This thermal adhesive is used to glue heat sinks to LEDs, CPUs and other heat-generating components. 8329TCS has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity. It is highly viscous and must be mixed by hand prior to application. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFS. For a shorter working time, use 8329TCM.

8329TCF is a thermally conductive, fast-cure two-part epoxy adhesive. It is off-white, smooth, viscous, thixotropic, and bonds well to a wide variety of substrates. It is also flame retardant and meets the UL 94V-0 standard. For a 1 mL quantity, a minimal service cure can be achieved in 15 minutes at room temperature, and a full cure in 4 hours. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components in electronic assemblies. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems. 8329TCF has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity. For a lower viscosity, use 8329TFF. For a longer working life, use 8329TCM or 8329TCS.

Grade RT130 meets all of the property requirements of NEMA FR-4, with the added feature being flame resistant, UL94 V-0. Typical applications include bushings, spacers and other structural parts. RT130 has excellent machining characteristics. RT130 complies with IEC 61212-3-1 EP GC 23.

Tack-Free ESP 7455 is an alumina-filled, epoxy film adhesive designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for an automated assembly. The adhesive film has very low ionic impurities of less than 10 ppm and high thermal stability with TGA degradation at 450°C. ESP7455 has good thermal conductivity. The extra low Tg of -60°C helps to minimize thermal stress on the bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing from -55 to 150°C.

GP® CL-7002 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

EC-1106 is an electronic grade Optically Clear Epoxy, Encapsulating and Potting Compound. This heat curing system has very low viscosity and long work life.

Certification to IEC standard is pending.

EG7635 is a alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive rigid epoxy paste adhesive. While bonding at ambient temperature can be achieved overnight, elevated temperatures will accelerate curing, exponentially. EG7635 high thermal conductivity and high strength makes it excellent for bonding substrates, components and heat sinks where thermal management is critical. It has more than 15 years of proven records of providing bonding to difficult substrates. EG7635 exibits reduced bond strength at 80-100°C for easier rework.

RT500F is made with a fine weave woven glass fabric, for better machining and a smoother surface finish. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/2, Type GEE and ASTM D709 Type IV Grade G-10. 127-03-F is a B-staged, thermally conductive, transferable, epoxy adhesive film. Some applications for 127-03-F include, but are not limited to, die attachment, printed circuit board fabrication, advanced material composites, LED attachment and heat sink bonding. The chemistry in 127-03 features excellent thermal stability and high temperature properties and is able to absorb stress when bonding mismatched CTE substrates. EG7658 is a reworkable, aluminum nitride filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive. It which exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials with highly mismatched CTE's (ie., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). The high thermal conductivity and flexibility make it excellent for bonding high-powered, large area die and components. EG7658 can be reworked using temperatures higher than the cure temperature from 80-150°C to soften the bond line. Use a tool adequate to break the bond and remove. Clean any residue with a solvent which will not damage the parts.

EPOXIBOND™ EB-155 is an undiluted, unfilled, low viscosity clear epoxy system that exhibits exceptional resistance to impact and thermal shock. This system has low exotherm and long work life. Applications includes, high bond strength adhesive for most similar and dissimilar substrates; LED displays, any fiber optic application. It can also be used for making in-place laminates or for protective coating on metals etc. Also it can be used for semi-rigid, moisture proof, gas tight seals between plastic and metallic or other substrates. This is also recommended for potting devices such as connector shells from which rigid or flexible wires may protrude directly through the epoxy.

EPOXIBOND™ EB-107LY is a two-part, low viscosity, clear epoxy adhesive and encapsulating material. EB-107LY is a low yellowing version of EB-107LP-2. It is recommended for bonding and encapsulating where reduced yellowing is preferred. It is recommended for joining transparent materials, such as glass, and where a thin bond line is desired. EB-107LY can be used for bonding most metals, ceramics, and some plastics.

S-381-N5 is a modified, micronized blend of natural and synthetic wax that has a uniform melting range peaking at 91°C.
