Stoner, Inc. A373 Fluoroelastomer Mold Release Fluoroelastomer Mold Release is a semi-permanent, fast curing release for fluorels, vitons and other fluorocarbons. It provides a permanent yet removable, thin-layer, anti-stick mold surface coating for fast, easy part removal from molds.

FluoroFlex™ ePTFE Tubes is the material of choice for a variety of applications including bending sections, instrument covers, stent covers, endoscopic working channels, ozone delivery, vascular devices and aeration and deaeration of caustic fluids (to name a few). IPE manufactures ePTFE tubes to customer specifications from 0.7mm to 22mm I.D. with wall thicknesses ranging from .05mm to 1mm. Tubes are extruded in ePTFE and are used for medical, chemical, electrical and mechanical components where the outstanding performance characteristics of ePTFE are required.

Efalon® Carbon-filled K-35 is a PTFE carbon filled(C25 and C35) have less thermal expansion, higher wear resistance, less deformation under load properties compared to virgin Efalon®. Carbon filled PTFE has excellent mechanical and wear properties, retains the excellent frictional properties and is an excellent choice for seals and rings in dynamic and high pressure applications.

Allied Metrics Viton O-Rings is a synthetic, high-performance fluoropolymer elastomer (rubber) commonly used in o-rings for rigorous applications. Categorized under the ASTM D1418 and ISO 1629 designation of FKM, Viton O-Rings are preferred because of their high resistance to extreme heat and brutal atmospheric conditions, as well as to oxygen, mineral oil, fuels, hydraulic fluids, aromatics and many organic solvents and chemicals.

Enflon® 115 is 25% bronze. This filler has better wear, creep resistance, and higher thermal conductivity than glass fiber with PTFE. The compound is easily machined, but has poor chemical resistance in the presence of acids and alkali. Useful in applications which undergo high mechanical loads or high-speed rubbing contacts where the bronze filler supplies the strength and conductivity to carry away excess, unwanted heat.

Heroflon Porous PTFE is a 100% PTFE homopolymer powder which is non free-flowing grade.

Kyflon™ 3070 is a general purpose perfluoroelastomer compound that has outstanding high temperature capabilities (up to 590º F).

INOFLON® 640 has fine particle size with narrow distribution, high tensile and elongation and it is applied for general molding, skived film and sheet, compounding

NuSil™ CF3-3521 is a liquid injection molding fluorosilicone elastomer. For applications requiring a medium hardness silicone and solvent resistance.

IPE manufactures ePTFE rods to customer specifications from 0.20mm to 9.5mm O.D. and can be spooled or cut to length. Heroflon MG2-FF is a PTFE homopolymer which is free-flowing powder grade.

ES-SG401E65 is a 40% fiberglass reinforced PPS&PTFE compound specially formulated to have a low coefficient of friction for use in low surface friction and wear applications.

TR Industries TR-212 High Operating Temperature Liquid Release Agent is a high temperature PTFE liquid release agent of a nearly frictionless polymer lubricant dispersed in a solvent medium. Provides a smooth thin release film that works equally well on various thermoset resins (epoxy, polyester, etc.) thermoplastics (acrylic, polycarbonate, nylon, etc.), rubber (natural, synthetic) and metal tooling applications.

Vertec™ 1015 is a glass fiber and molybdenum disulfide filled polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE). It is used for bushings, bearings, and sealing elements where low creep properties with good sealability and low wear rates are desirable.

ALTAFLUOR® 400 PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) is the product of choice for applications involving extreme chemical resistance combined with high temperature exposure. Although PFA is available in a variety of resin grades, the tubing is made exclusively from the highest molecular weight resins available giving it superior physical properties making it suitable for even the most demanding applications. Altafluor 400 Series PFA does not impart taste or odor and is compatible with flare or conventional type fittings.

Xyfluor® 870, a highly fluorinated elastomer compound, offers excellent chemical compatibility over a wide range of temperatures from -76°F to 450°F (-60°C to 232°C). Recommended for applications requiring a combination of low temperature properties and chemical resistance, Xyfluor 870 reduces overall cost by extending equipment service life.Xyfluor 870 parts can be made through high-volume injection-molding processing. Additionally, prototype parts are available for product testing.

Taconic 7108 PTFE-Glass Fabric is a Standard Grade PTFE-Glass Fabric is used in the widest range of applications due to its combination of high performance and moderate price. Applications include release sheets on heat-sealing machines and laminate presses, release surface for paints, adhesives and food products, gaskets, seals and bearings for chemicals, oils, and gasses, thermal insulation for high-temperature and chemical-resistant applications and covers on hot platens, chutes, hoppers and troughs.

Nylacast PTFE is a self lubricating material with a lower friction coefficient than other material. It is a water resistant material and can operate between the temperatures of -250°C up to 250°C.

Rulon® J is an all-polymeric reinforced, light brown colored PTFE compound that operates exceptionally well against soft mating surfaces such as 316 stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, brass and other plastics. The unique "shaft friendly" material is also low in friction and wear and is self lubricating.Rulon J has one of the lowest coefficients of friction of most reinforced PTFE materials. This makes it ideally suited for start/stop applications where stick-slip must be eliminated. The tribological properties of this material also make it suitable for both bearing and wear component applications.

Seals Eastern Compound 5753 is 65-duro FKM.

P & P Technology Nickel Loaded Fluoro Silicone ECF-N are constructed from silicone containing metal powder fillers which combine to produce high levels of attenuation with excellent environmental shielding and a high level of conductivity. Many types of filler, from nickel graphite to pure silver, are available to suit a wide range of applications. There are also Fluorosilicone variants for use in the presence of hydrocarbon contamination. The Conductive Silicone Range was originally developed for high performance shielding mainly for military applications. However, the introduction of lower cost llers has now made them accessible to the commercial sector. They are used where environmental and EMI screening is required but space constraints or stringent environmental protection necessitates a small cross section prole, often tted into a groove or channel.

FLUORONOID® FL 105 is a glass fiber filled PTFE. This material may be inert gas sintered to further improve creep properties and reduce porosity and gas permeability. There will be a consequent loss of tensile properties.
