Gar Plastics HMWPE 8-20 HLMI (High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is a tough material used in many products. Examples of usage include automotive dunnage, pressure pipe, and thermoformed parts. HMWPE is GAR Plastics’ second most processed material. At the moment GAR Plastics is washing, shredding, grinding, and pelletizing this material. This material is extrusion grade and typically is used to extrude sheet and then thermoformed. GAR Plastics sells HMWPE in regrind or reprocessed form.

JSC Metaclay HPDE 153-10K is a composition of black color, resistant to thermo-oxidative aging during processing and operation, and also resistant to photo-oxidative aging during operation.

POLIMAXX®U310T is an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene in powder form with an average molecular weight about 3.7 Million g/mol. This resin has high abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction properties and a high impact strength including transparent property. The resin is normally used for compression molding of sheet and special rod extrusion.

PROlen 9000 MOS₂ is a PE 1000 -UHMW- enriched with molybdenum disulfite and causes a significantly improved sliding behavior with simultaneously reduced abrasion values.

C4-LLDPE and HDPE are mainly used for seasoning tubes, blown bottles, water supply pipes and various industrial products, which have a good balance of flexibility and processability.

The material is ideally suited for the manufacture of bushings, bearings, rollers, and augers as there is much less wasted material than if the material was made out of sheet stock. Polyslick® UHMW Rod is available in up to 10 inches in diameter and is available out of stock in natural virgin and black reprocessed grades.

YUHWA HIDEN P600 BL series are High Density Polyethylene products with good processability, developed through KPIC’s own technology. These products are fit for pressure pipes such as gas pipes, water supply and drain pipes due to high pressure resistance of PE100 level.
