ELAPOL 5520 A by Elachem is an aliphatic, saturated polyester polyol. It contains 1,4-butanediol and mono-ethylene glycol (BDO,MEG).

EXAPOL SU 461 B is high functionality sucrose – glycerin based polyether polyol. Due to it’s high viscosity, it can be formulated to give very one cell structure rigid polyurethane foam of higher compressive strength. It is designed to give improved cyclopentane solubility.

BioPolyol RD is a bio based polyol, mainly for rigid PU foam production. For rigid foam production this polyol is used in mixture with cross-linking polyols whose functionality is at least five. Our suggested ratio between Bio Polyol RD and cross-linking polyol is approx. 80:20 by mass. Polyol is synthesized from rapeseed oil. It contains only primary hydroxyl functional groups. Polyol is difunctional and Natural Oil Based with estimated bio carbon content ~ 83 %.

Petol PP 451 is a non-reactive polymer polyol, with about 45% solid content and 3500 average molecular weight of standard polyol, designed to obtain enhanced load bearing flexible slabstock foams. PETOL PP 451 can be used individually or blended with other polyols.

PETOL 46-3MB is a heteropolymer triol, nominal 3600 molecular weight designed for the manufacture of conventional, soft and super soft flexible slabstock polyurethane foams. PETOL 46-3MB is a BHT-free product that can be processed on all standard slabstock machinery.

PETOL 56-3 is a homopolymer triol, with nominal 3000 molecular weight, designed to increase the hardness of flexible foams and to produce CME (Combustion Modified Ether) flexible polyurethane foams. PETOL 56-3 is a BHT-free product that can be processed on various foam machines. PETOL 56-3 can also be used in polyol blends for rigid foams production.

Petol C 2106 is a polyol blend formulated for the manufacture of fireproofing rigid polyurethane foams, blown with water. This polyol blend includes surfactant and fireproofing agent.
