Poly 75-60 Liquid Rubbers consist of two parts (A and B), which, after mixing, cure at room temperature to flexible rubber. Molds made with Poly 75-60 products are excellent for casting concrete, plaster and wax. In addition, Poly 75-60 molds can be used to cast various resins and foams when properly prepared. Poly 75-60 Liquid Rubbers are formulated for good economy with high performance and durability.

This product is a polyurethane system. Preferential processing in usually used vacuum pouring plants. Maximum wall thicknesses of the parts: from 5 – 10 mm.

Silpak RU-470 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides a firm, semi-flexible, durable and abrasion resistant rubber compound. Used for a variety of applications including molds, concrete texture stamps and form liners, and rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts.

Ebalta MG 707 / Z 400 is a 2-components polyurethane material, which is cured thermically and used for prototypes. The four mentioned formulations differ in being filled or non-filled and their mechanical properties. The B-components Z 400 (potlife 8-12 min.) and Z 460 (potlife 60-70 min.) are identical and can be mixed with each other to control the reactivity, e.g. potlife. These combinations of Z 400 and Z 460 comp. B can be made any way as long as the totally required quantity of comp. B is observed (for each system). The total amount of Z 400 and Z 460 always has to be 30 g for 100 g comp. A

TPU T3160 is a polyester based material with good processability, short cycle time, and excellent mechanical properties for injection molding applications.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer K is a pourable, elastic, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners and structural molds, molded parts or recesses in concrete construction. Its color is gray.

Brandonite® 1310-70A contains features such as Excellent lubricity and run-dry capacity for 15 minutes.

Texalan® W295A product has high hydrolysis resistance, solvent resistance, good hand feeling, and high recycling rate. Also has high strength, excellent processing performance.

Foam Partner B 20 N/H is a polyester PUR foam which are versatile materials and useful for a variety of applications. The defining characteristics of our polyester PUR products include their impact-absorbing properties, excellent resistance to aging, and high compression load deflection.

Poolkemie ELASTOPUR E 90 is a Mold Subjected to High Mechanical Strength, it's used in Production case mold for ceramic and sanitary fixtures.

BC 8165 is a low viscosity, rapid setting, rigid urethane compound. Similar to BC 8163, however exhibits an 8 to 10 minute working time. This system will cure quickly to a hard, tough, impact resistant casting. BC 8165 is non-sensitive to moisture after cure and will readily bond to itself if stage pours are required. BC 8165 is recommended for thin wall model and prototype applications where a "thermoplastic feel" is desired.

Silpak RU-455 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides a firm, semi-flexible, durable and abrasion resistant rubber compound. Use for creating molds, especially large molds where dimensional stability is required to avert distortion, and rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts. Also makes molds that are compatible for casting Silicone Platinum RTV.

This product is a polyurethane system. After use please close the containers carefully. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.

Smooth-Cast™ 310 is ultra-low viscosity casting resins that yield castings that are bright white and virtually bubble free. Vacuum degassing is not necessary. They offer the convenience of a 1A:1B by volume or 100A:90B by weight mix ratio. The differences between them are pot life and demold time.

BC8010-2 Metal-Kast/Slo, the result of extensive research and development is an aluminum filled, metal-like, medium setting urethane reproduction plastic. A slower version of the BC8010 Metal-Kast which allows the user longer working time for pouring larger castings or for filling closed mold cavities. BC8010-2 is ideal for the construction of low temperature vacuum form tools, prototypes, models, display parts, patterns, keller aids and bulk back fill.

SERIES 60 AND 2103 ETHERProducts based on quality polyether. ln comparison with the Ester Series, they show a better resistance to hydrolysis and microbiological attack, a very good cold flexibility but a lower resistance to oxidation.

Aipol Spa APAN is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) pellet, produced through “reactive extrusion” in the Aipol plant of Montegranaro. The TPUs combine the high technical properties of the polyurethane elastomers, to the possibility of processing through a termoplastic technology. A bridge between rubber and traditional thermoplastics.

Poly 74-30 Clear Polyurethane Rubbers consist of two parts (A and B), which, after mixing, cure at room temperature to flexible, high-strength, mold rubbers. Poly 74-30 Clear Rubbers make durable, easy-releasing molds for casting plasters and waxes without release agents. When Poly 74-30 Clear molds are properly prepared, they are also excellent for casting concrete and various resins, such as epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic.

DP-11-88 is a medium viscosity quick setting easy to use urethane adhesive. This system was specifically designed to bond together the MB2001/MB3000 Model/Tooling Board to create desired dimensions in length, width, and height. DP-11-88 offers a working life of 10 to 12 minutes in 1/4 pound mass, and 20 + minutes in a 1/16 inch film.

Delta® AntiCor DTS 2K - HG 80 is a high gloss, 2-component PUR primer and top coat with excellent adhesion properties on steel, aluminum, galvanized steel (zinc coating), powder coated substrates and many plastics (rigid PVC, ABS, polyester, etc.). Used in indoors and outdoors.

Technicon Acoustics AF-021_Polyether Foam is a polyether polyurethane foam available in charcoal color.
