LUBRICIT TMP C18-VEG is an oleic acid based polyol ester on the LuSC list. It is environmentally friendly and offers outstanding lubricity and low volatility. In addition, the polyol core structure provides good hydrolytic and thermal stability, making it an excellent choice for hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and metalworking applications meeting EU EcoLabel requirements. It is NSF listed as HX-1, and can be used in applications where incidental food contact is possible. The VEG version utilizes select vegetable derived oleic fatty acids.

NEWPOL 50HB-660 is polyoxyalkylene glycol-type lubricants which are useful to apply as hydraulic fluids (water and glycol-type), high-temperature lubricants, low-temperature lubricating oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, gear oil, hydraulic fluids, brake fluids for cars, grease, engine detergent, water-soluble cutting fluids, drawing oil, quenching oil, heating medium, mold-releasing agents for resins and rubber, lubricants for textile industries, defoaming agents, etc.

SANHIBITOR OMA-10 is a water-soluble rust inhibitor, suitable for metal working oils. It prevents rust even on nonferrous metals. The recommended concentration: 0.3–0.5 wt %.

LUBRICIT DPE 618 is an oleic acid polyol ester based on dipentaerythritol. It is environmentally friendly with high bioderived content and offers outstanding lubricity and low volatility. The structure provides a wide temperature operating range, making it a good choice for hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and metalworking applications.

Desilube 98F is an ecofriendly high performance anti-wear, anti-friction, extreme pressure lubricant additive.

LEXOLUBE CP-460LC is a complex polyol ester that provides cost-effective solutions for a wide range of applications such as textile (tenter frame), fiberglass production, and wood laminating. It is useful as a syntheti base stock for most applications requiring high temperature stability and wide temperature operating range. It features oxidation resistance, lubricity, and thermal stability for low deposit formation.

NEWPOL 50HB-2000 is suitable for application to rubber, plastics such as high speed tire molding, foam rubber, etc. It is used in aqueous solution.

NEWPOL 50HB-5100 is suitable for application to automotive radiator hose, household rubber hose, etc. It is used in aqueous solution.

Lanphos PE36 is a powerful emulsifier that can be used across a wide range of polymer systems and more importantly is used as a primary emulsifier without the need for a secondary surfactant to stabilize the system. As a versatile emulsifier. this is the first choice for any formulator. As well as providing extremely small particle sizes it has an in-built stabilizer system to prevent re-agglomeration of polymer particles. Lanphos PE36 is supplied in the free acid form and is typically neutralized before use to produce the salt of choice for individual applications.

LEXOLUBE CLG-460 is a complex polyol ester that provides robust solutions for high temperature applications. It is carefully manufactured to provide little or no residual carboxylic acid. This leads to better emulsion stability, and bio-resistance when properly formulated. LEXOLUBE CG-3000 has achieved the NSF international HX-1 ranking for incidental food contact under the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. With greater than 70% renewable content and high biodegradability, the product in on the LuSC list, making it a great choice for any EAL formula, such as those required by the Vessel General Permit (VGP) or EcoLabel.

Lansurf AE73 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a cetyl oleyl alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants and exhibits good oil/water emulsification.

Lanphos PE35 is a phosphate ester manufactured using phosphorous pentoxide to give a product that contains both mono and di-esters. The main advantage of a phosphate ester over a conventional anionic is it’s excellent stability in high concentration of acid,alkali and electrolyte.

Lansurf AE735 is a nonionic surfactant produced by the reaction of ethylene oxide on a cetyl oleyl alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other nonionic surfactants, and exhibits good oil/water emulsification, wetting and detergency.

Dispelair® CF 879 is a foam control agent for concentrate and tank side addition in metal working fluids.

Dispelair® CF 236 is a foam control agent for concentrate and tank side addition in metal working fluids.

Dispelair® CF 643 is a foam control agent for concentrate and tank side addition in metal working fluids.

Dispelair® CF 740 is a foam control agent for concentrate and tank side addition in metal working fluids.

SANHIBITOR No.2-1 is a water-soluble and oil-soluble rust inhibitor. It has excellent rust-preventive properties on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It produces less foam. The recommended concentration: 0.2–0.5 wt %.

SANHIBITOR 102 is an oil-soluble rust inhibitor, suitable for turbine oils. Also, it is applicable for lubricants. It has excellent demulsifying properties.

SANHIBITOR 150 is an oil-soluble rust inhibitor. It imparts excellent rust preventive properties to lubricants such as turbine oils, and fuel oils when used in small amounts.

T-I 85 is a non-ionic, hydrophilic surfactant used to make oil-in-water (o/w) emulsions. T-I 85 is soluble in water and dispersible in vegetable oils and mineral oils.

Phosphate esters formed from ethoxylated alcohols are used as surfactants, wetting agents and dispersants in metalworking, metal cleaning, oilfield, cosmetics and personal care applications. CUBLEN phosphonates combine antiwear performance with scale-inhibition and chelating properties for extended fluid and tool life. They can be used to prepare metal surfaces for final finishing, and in plating baths to control metal ion contamination. Phosphonates are also widely used for cooling water treatment, metal cleaners, textile finishing and oil field drilling applications.

LUBRICIT 2-EHC is a long chain fatty acid ester that provides excellent metal adhesion and a low friction tribofilm. It may be used as a lubricity additive or friction modifier for a broad range of metalworking applications.
