SABIC's Specialties Business EXTEM™ Resin XH2315 is a reinforced, 30% glass fiber-filled amorphous thermoplastic polyimide resin that offers an extremely high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267°C. It features excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to the highest temperatures, as well as very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material. It is also inherently flame retardant, achieving UL94 V0 ratings at 0.75 mm and V0, 5VA at 1.0 mm and 1.5 - 1.65 mm. This material is RoHS compliant and is available in natural and black colors with a transparent amber base.

LNP LUBRICOMP 2X00858 compound is based on Fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) resin containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 provides solutions for small to medium-sized, professional-grade capacitors, up to 10 microfarads in capacitance, to meet challenging industry requirements. The film exhibits stable properties across a range of temperatures (-40°C to +150 °C) and frequencies, including stable capacitance, good insulation resistance, a stable dielectric constant (Dk), and a low dissipation factor (Df). ULTEM™ Dielectric Film UTF120 has been validated by customers for use with both film-foil and metalized electrodes, including flat aluminum, heavy edge/light body, and fused/patterned electrode designs. It also offers excellent handling through metallization, winding, and capacitor squashing/flattening. Capacitors using this film are capable of passing industry-standard 260°C reflow soldering processes. It is available in 4, 5, 7, and 10-micron gauges and sold in 620mm x 5000m size rolls.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N190 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 3mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1. NORYL™ N190 resin exhibits high impact strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches. *This grade is also referred to as NORYL™ N1900 in several regions.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ STAT-KON™ ZEF061XC compound is based on Polyphenylene Ether / Polystyrene (PPE/PS) blend containing 20% glass fiber, 10% milled carbon fiber. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive, Flame Retardant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP STAT-KON CX01039 compound is based on Polystyrene (PS) resin containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Electrically Conductive. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Added features of this grade include: LNP Clean Compounding Technology, High Temperature, Flame Retardant, Electrically Conductive, Good Barrier against water and oxygen.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL WM330G resin is a 30% glass fiber reinforced blend of impact modified polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable material is FC EU, FDA food contact compliant, NSF/ANSI 61, ACS, WRAS, KTW, and W270 listing for global potable water use for specific colors is available. NORYL WM330G resin exhibits good fatigue performance, excellent long-term hydrolytic stability, very low moisture absorption, heat / hot water resistance and is an excellent candidate for a variety of water management applications such as pump housings, impellers, shower/faucet, membrane housings and valves. These outstanding properties make Xytron™ G4010T well-suited for a wide range of applications. The material is typically processed using injection molding technology. Notable features of Xytron™ G4010T include 40% glass reinforcement for increased strength, flame retardant properties, and improved flow during processing.

EcoPaXX® Q-DWX10 is a long aliphatic polyamide with excellent mechanical and flow performance, specifically designed for food contact and drinking water applications. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP™ THERMOCOMP™ EC004EXAR1 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 20% carbon fiber designed to provide a Wider Process Window and Easier Flow for Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) applications needing High heat performance. PEI compounds, based on SABIC's inherently flame-retardant ULTEM™ resins, provide Low Thermal Expansion, High Temperature Performance, Excellent Strength-to-Weight Ratio, High Modulus and Low Creep.

PEI compounds, based on SABIC's inherently flame-retardant ULTEM™ resins, offer high temperature performance, excellent strength-to-weight ratio, high modulus and low creep.

Mistron® 554 is an off-white, high-purity, platy-fine talc. Its platy nature improves barrier properties, corrosion resistance, and stain blocking ability in architectural and industrial primers. Mistron® 554 is also used in topcoats to reduce hard settling, improve sag resistance, and extend prime pigments.

JetFil® P150 COR is a functional mineral that meets the demanding impact resistance and dimensional stability specifications required in automotive applications, such as bumpers and body panels.
