WARADUR® ESM is a hard, special ester wax with a crystalline structure, mainly consisting of esters of montanic acids with mono- and multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of mainly C16 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of mainly C34 – C66.

Camex Limited Calcium Stearate is made via the modified fusion process using high quality Stearic acid and exhibits the following properties :- Stabilizing, Excellent lubricity, Water repellant, gelling.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL34 - A liquid internal mold release/process aid additive which is incorporated directly into the resin to provide release from the die in pultrusion processing. Will also: improve line speed; reduce pull force; enhance wetting of reinforcements and fillers; and improve the surface appearance of molded profiles. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding of cured parts. May also be used as an internal mold release in other processes that utilize polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid thermoset resin systems.

MUENCH CHEMIE Release Agent MK-38/4 are water and solvent free mold release agent and lubricant for the production of flexible hoses.

TR 131 - Erucic acid amide used as a higher temperature slip agent. Its slower migration rate is beneficial for printing films.

TR Industries TR-214PC Polymer Wax Release is a liquid mold release formulated with high temperature waxes and proprietary polymer technology for increased production efficiency on FRP tooling and other hard surface molds.

MoldWiz® EM-1212SL - A water-based external release agent with anti-rusting properties that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

TR Industries TR-100 Gold Mold Release Wax is a production paste wax mold release blended with various waxes for use in many composites molding applications. Applies and wipes off easily without streaking.

MoldWiz® PU-13RX - A Liquid mold release agent that is ideally suited for molding polyurethane foam, polymer concrete and other composites molding applications. May be used with FRP or metal molds and is ideal for porous tooling, effectively sealing the surface and contributing to smoother parts. Easier and less time consuming to use and less likely to build up than conventional paste wax release.

Ease Release® 6577-5 is a superior release agent for casting complex designs using polyurethane elastomers.

Libwax C is a Fatty Bisamidewax. Libwax - C is used in nearly all major plastic processing finding application as a lubricant, mold release agent, anti block and slip additives and as a dispersant for pigments and flame retardants.

MoldWiz® JB-5 - An external mold release agent specifically designed to eliminate commonly used organic solvents, including Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS), from the workplace. Especially effective for closed molding polyester and vinyl ester-based SMC/BMC off hot steel and aluminum surfaces. Water-based solutions offer rapid wetting and drying with excellent release properties. Exposure to hazardous volatiles is drastically reduced. Being non-acidic, it does not contribute to chemical corrosion of tool substrates. Molded parts may be painted or bonded with no prior secondary surface preparation. Spilled material or accidental contamination is conveniently removed by washing with water.
