Irganox® performance additives are used as antioxidants for automotive & industrial coatings. Hindered phenolic (primary AO) deactivate free radicals formed during thermal oxidation. They are multipurpose for broad temperature ranges and are mostly used to increase long term thermal stability. Irganox® types are antioxidants which help extend the life and improve the performance of industrial and engine lubricants. The manufacturing industry benefits from longer equipment life and fewer maintenance shutdowns. Automotive lubricants benefit from longer drain intervals and improved fuel economy.
