CeraSPERSE 87NS is a polymeric compound for non-skid applications. Shamrock’s CeraSPERSE products are manufactured using a controlled crystallization process that allows the production of 1 micron wax dispersions. These wax compounds have a translucent appearance with a shiny gloss and a creamy feel. In addition to our standard products, Shamrock can develop and produce a wide range of compounds on a make-to-order basis.

Miracll Chemicals E 165D is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane used for wide variety of applications.

BJB’s MD Series of semi rigid, medium work time urethane elastomers exhibit great flexibility and excellent durability. These tough, abrasion resistant systems easily process at room temperature.The MD Series is perfect for larger or more complex parts and offers superior performance in many applications such as rollers, foundry tooling and high impact semi rigid parts. For faster work times consider BJB’s FD Series of elastomers.

Sylvin™ 9470-88 Black is a pvc/tpu alloy formulated to improve abrasion and wear resistance for injection molding applications.

Foam Partner B 55 N is a polyester PUR foam which are versatile materials and useful for a variety of applications. The defining characteristics of our polyester PUR products include their impact-absorbing properties, excellent resistance to aging, and high compression load deflection.

APARPRENE® TPU 390 ATAR-B permits fabrication of rubber-like articles with speed, efficiency and economy in injection molding, extrusion and blow molding to create durable and long-lasting parts. It is a specialty grade.

Texalan® 370A product has excellent abrasion resistance, oil/solvent resistance, low temperature flexural resistance, high resilience, and flexibility.

SERIES 25 SPECIAL ESTERProducts based on special grade saturated polyester. The features are similar to those of Series 20 but are characterized by a higher resistance to hydrolysis failure and improved flexibility at low temperatures.

This product is a polyurethane system. After use please close the containers carefully. The product can be subject to color variations due to raw materials, but these color variations have no influence on the quality and the properties of the product. Seal porous mold surfaces first (ebalta mold sealer). For optimum mold releasing we recommend a special release agent (like T1-1), which can be applied easily with a brush or be sprayed. Releasing of the mold 2-3 times, evaporate for about 20 min. after each releasing.

ESD P2130 belongs to TPU ESD Thermo plastic Polyurethane Series with Anti-static, High mechanical strength, Static dissipative and Good toughness.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebaflex® / U A85 ST C01 is a TPU with a Shore hardness of A 85. It is characterized by its excellent flowability and is also suitable for thin-walled components. Kebaflex® / U A85 ST C01 is very resistant to hydrolysis, flexible at low temperatures and resistant to microorganisms,.

Ebalta GM 727 is a well castable two components polyurethane casting resin, curing slowly at room temperature. This casting resin is particularly suitable for solid casting of dimensionally accurate large-volume models with high temperature resistance. Due to low mixing viscosity of GM 727 you can add 70% filler F-B and about 50% plastic granules to reduce shrinkage to approx. 0.05%.

CarbonResin™ RPU 61 is a tough, and abrasion-resistant higher resolution material that is a good choice for parts that require rigidity, strength, and durability. Rigid Polyurethane is our most versatile rigid material family. It is used across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, automotive, and industrial. RPU is comparable to ABS.

AFT Fluorotec AF1008 U203-D57G is a hydrolysis resistant PU (H-PU) composed of prepolymers based on polyoxytetrametylene glycol (PTMEG) and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) processed liquid with catalysts and a MoS2 polyol. The hardness is adjusted at 57 +/-2 Shore D which makes it an excellent extrusion resistant material. This special MoS2 composition performs excellent in critical lubrication situations and reducing the stick-slip behavior.

Ebalta SG 700 / PUR 5 is a two-component-Polyurethane casting resin, which cures very fast at room temperature. The very good workability and the excellent mechanical properties makes SG 700 a material with versatile application possibilities. ebalta SG 700 A is even more abrasion-resistant, but not so well workable by machine. Displacements, even made of wood, can be filled in. Material should be carefully stirred up/ shaked before use.

SERIES 60 AND 2103 ETHERProducts based on quality polyether. ln comparison with the Ester Series, they show a better resistance to hydrolysis and microbiological attack, a very good cold flexibility but a lower resistance to oxidation.

Poolkemie ELASTOPUR E 90 is a Mold Subjected to High Mechanical Strength, it's used in Production case mold for ceramic and sanitary fixtures.

Poolkemie POLIMOLD TR 40 is a two component room temperature vulcanising poly-urethane rubber which cures with addition of the appropriate hardener. Once cured, this rubber becomes flexible and resistant, free from air bubbles and imperfections. It is suitable in the manufacture of molds for production of articles made of plaster and cement thanks to its accurate reproduction of fine details and due to its extremely low linear shrinkage.

Texalan® W295A product has high hydrolysis resistance, solvent resistance, good hand feeling, and high recycling rate. Also has high strength, excellent processing performance.

BARLOG plastics GmbH Kebablend® / EC FE 190501 TPE is a TPU with a Shore hardness of A 87. It is characterized by good hydrolysis resistance, very good wear and abrasion resistance as well as good damping and resilience behavior. It also has good electrically conductive properties.

RAKU® TOOL PF-3708 has the following properties: unfilled, very low viscosity, high fill rate capability, good cure, very high strength, and good temperature resistance.

This product is a polyurethane system. Mechanical data according to test pieces post-cured for 8 hrs. at 80°C. No heavy chemical and mechanical stress before 7 days after curing at room temperature (20-23°C).

Trymer® is a rigid polyurethane foam which is ideal for insulating properties for plumbing, watercraft, and duct work insulation. It can also be used as a fibrous glass support material. This foam is a polyisocyanurate, so it may also be referred to as Rigid Urethane "ISO". It is one of the lowest ambient k-factors among all foam insulations (0.19 BTU in/hr ft2 °F at 75°F mean temperature (0.027 W/m °C at 24°C)). It can be used over a broad temperature range from -297°F to 300°F (-183°C to 148°C).
