INFINAM® TPA 4006P RFP is a white thermoplastic powder ideal for 3D printing using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and High-Speed Sintering (HSS) processes. This material is characterized by its chemical resistance, consistently high quality, excellent elasticity, flexibility, high performance, and strength. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive, industrial parts, and medical/healthcare applications, providing consistent high-quality results.

Duratron® T4503 PAI Polyamide-imide is a compression molded material that offers exceptional electrical insulation properties and excellent dimensional stability. This grade is often selected for extreme applications where large geometries are required, such as dies or thermal insulators. Cerex® fabrics are spunbond nonwoven nylon fabrics produced by spinning and autogenously bonding continuous filaments of nylon 6,6 into a thin, Smooth and strong fabric.

Nexa3D xPA12 is a durable nylon plastic thatcan be used for a wide range of applications, both for prototyping and for end products. Printed using Quantum Laser Sintering (QLS), when thin, it’s flexible enough for hinges and springs and when thick, it’s strong enough for structural components.

Nanovia PA-6 CFcarbon fibers reducing shrinkage (warping), makes it possible to print polyamide (nylon) more simply and quickly. This FDM filament is perfectly suited to printing mechanical parts with a shock absorption capacity and good heat resistance up to 100°C. Nanovia PA-6 CF is widely used in industry, especially automotive. It is thus used to produce functional prototypes, mechanical parts or even hinges or cogs.

Solaxis Nylon 11 - PA 11 - Polyamide 11 is a strong and tough engineering-grade SLS thermoplastic and parts produced with this material show a high elongation at break, elasticity and high impact resistance. Typical applications are in environments where high deformations and/or exposure to special surroundings may occur.

Taulman 3D Alloy 910 HDT is a newly released material, developed to incorporate the legendary printing characteristics of Alloy 910 with additional heat deflection and thermal resistance properties. Many of our customers are placing their 3d printed parts close to heat sources and this led to requests for a higher degree of heat and thermal resistance. In turn, we developed Alloy 910 HDT.

Drop-in replacement for other commercially available 40% glass sphere filled PA 12 laser sintering powders. More recyclable, produces a better part surface finish, and the dry powder flow has been optimized.

Solaxis Nylon 12 CF (carbon filled) is a carbon-filled thermoplastic with excellent structural characteristics. The material is comprised of a blend of Nylon 12 resin and chopped carbon fiber, at a loading of 35% by weight. This combination produces one of the strongest thermoplastics in the FDM® material portfolio. It has the highest flexural strength of any FDM thermoplastic, resulting in the highest stiffness-to-weight ratio. Appropriate uses include strong but lightweight tooling applications and functional prototypes in the aerospace, automotive, industrial and recreational manufacturing industries. FDM Nylon 12CF is available on the Fortus 450mc™ and Stratasys F900™ 3D Printers and is compatible with SR-110™ support material.

High Flow Nylon 6 (Polyamide 6)

Z-NYLON is a versatile and strong 3D printing filament resistant to high temperatures and various chemicals. It can be post-processed with tools meant for machining metals. Z-NYLON is hard to break and easy to paint as it can be colored with commonly used, acid-based clothing dyes. The filament quickly absorbs moisture and should be stored in a water-proof bag with a moisture absorber. As all nylon-based materials, Z-NYLON has a relatively high shrinkage so it is not advisable to use it for 3D printing large geometric shapes with steep slopes. To reduce the shrinkage, it is recommended to work with HEPA Cover attached on the M Series Plus 3D printers.

Nycast® 6 MPY (yellow) formulations provide performance advantages in applications that require improved impact properties over standard grades. NYCAST 6MP cushion pads protect the hammer from metal-to-metal damage in pile drivers and provide many performance advantages in certain gear, die block, valve seat and other applications. This formulation also provides superior performance in extreme cold temperature applications, where standard grades are prone to impact failure.
