Crystic® Transfer Moulding Resin 783PA is a pre-accelerated, isophthalic polyester resin, designed for use in RTM (Resin Transfer Molding). It is a versatile resin, with good mechanical properties and impact resistance, recommended for the manufacture of mouldings for use in structural, high performance applications.

Crestafix® F26R Polyester Compound is a water-resistant, low-density, polyester-based fairing compound. This product has good adhesion to cured fiber-reinforced polyester and vinyl ester laminates. It sands easily and gives a hard finish after a full cure, yet is not brittle and has good impact strength.

Crestamould® T29 Extrudable is a modified polyester compound designed for the milling of large plugs or production molds with CNC multiple axis machines. This material combines unique qualities and it can be extruded up to a thickness of approx. 15mm (0.6”). It provides a homogenous substrate that prevents print from the underlying structure.

Crestamould® B12R Sealer is a MEKP catalysed, brushable, slightly thixotropic sealer designed to coat expanded and extruded polystyrene foams. It acts as a chemical bridge and barrier between the polystyrene foam and either a laminate or a machinable polyester-based tooling paste such as Crestamould T27/T28. Its main use is for sealing of polystyrene foam blanks used in 5-axis plug and pattern work.

espol™ 38.05 is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic vinyl ester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemical environments at room and elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed for pultrusion applications. Due to its high elongation and flexibility, espol™ 38.05 can also be used in tooling and mold making.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.446PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, spray viscosity, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin's rapid wet-out, low exotherm, and fast hardening characteristics make it ideal for rapid mold turnaround. It has a 26-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications. A low-viscosity version of this product is also available.

Crystic® Primecoat is a high build, polyester coating material which allows the rapid surfacing of patterns constructed from wood, MDF, GRP etc. It can be applied wet-on-wet up to a thickness of 1.5mm in one operation without sagging or draining from vertical surfaces. The material hardens rapidly and when cured can be easily sanded to a very smooth finish which can be polished to a surface glossy enough for many applications.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin with low styrene emission. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a 16-minute gel time, Lloyd's approval, and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crestamould® T28 is an extrudable modified polyester compound designed for milling of small and large plugs or direct limited production molds with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) multiple axis machines. It can be extruded with conventional FRP putty dispensing equipment. The product provides a homogeneous substrate that prevents print from the underlying structure and gives sufficient flexibility to prevent cracks.

Crestamould® Resin 474PA is a thixotropic, pre-accelerated orthopthalic polyester resin with good heat and chemical resistance properties. This product is suitable for the construction of tanks, pipes, and fume stacks to operate in environments where heat and chemical resistance are both required. A non-thixotropic, non-accelerated version of this resin is available as Crystic® 198.

Crestamould® RTR 4010PA is a new, improved rapid tooling resin which incorporates better handling properties, lower viscosity, improved shrinkage control and is catalysed with standard MEKP catalyst. It is a thixotropic, filled, low profile resin which helps to achieve faster mold making and eliminates surface distortion. This product was formulated for hand-lay mold making applications.

Crystic® Glosscoat is a polyester coating designed to be applied over prepared crystic primecoat to give a glossier and more durable surface. The material hardens rapidly and can be easily sanded to a smooth surface which can be polished to high gloss. It is designed for spray application using gravity fed, siphon or pressure pot systems.

Crystic® Laminating Resin 406PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has rapid wet out and low exotherm, making it ideal for multi-layer laminates in spray or hand-lay applications. It has a gel time of 18 minutes and Lloyd's approval. This product is suitable for use in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

Crestamould® T27 Polyester Compound is designed for milling of large plugs (10-25 m, 30-75 ft, ) or direct limited production moulds with Computer Numerical Control (CNC) multiple axis machines. It provides a homogeneous substrate that prevents print from the underlying structure, and gives sufficient flexibility to prevent cracks.

Crystic® Gelcoat 12PA is a pre-accelerated iso-NPG gel coat formulated for brush application. It has good heat and chemical resistance, making it suitable for preparing molds. This product is recommended for use in the production of sanitaryware and tooling products.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 1381PA is a low-viscosity isophthalic polyester resin into which water can be incorporated to form an emulsion. It is suitable for general casting work or intricately detailed moldings such as decorative articles and statuettes. The castings can be nailed, screwed, sawn, or machined without splitting.

Crestamould® T29 Sprayable is a modified polyester compound designed for the milling of large plugs or production molds with CNC multiple axis machines. This material combines unique qualities and can be sprayed with few passes up to a thickness of approx. 1-3mm (0.04 - 0.12”). It provides a homogenous substrate that prevents print from the underlying structure.

Crestamould® B21 Sealer is a brushable sealing laminating resin for polystyrene foam surfaces. When used with a chopped-strand mat, this sealer provides a styrene-resistant barrier between the polystyrene plug and styrenated tooling pastes. It has good adhesion to tooling pastes like Crestamould® T29. Crestamould® B21 sealer has a low styrene content, significantly reducing polystyrene surface erosion compared to traditional styrene-containing resins. The sealer can be used to laminate CSM to create a more structurally stable foundation for mold production.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.420PA is a long gel time, low styrene emission, pre-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin. This laminating resin has a 45-minute gel time and low exotherm, making it suitable for the molding of large structures and thick laminates. Crystic® Polyester Resin 2.402PALV is the low-viscosity version of this product. It has Lloyd's approval and can be used in marine, transportation, building and construction, and industrial applications.

DAIFREE FB-961 is tailored for elastomers, offering superior mold release capabilities without PFOA and PFOS. This brown solid ensures efficient processing, enhancing roll processability. Compliant with environmental standards like TSCA and RoHS, it can seamlessly integrate with polyol or peroxide vulcanization rubbers. Ideal for industrial applications such as chemical manufacturing and tooling, it pairs well with polymers like EPDM, FKM, and NBR, maintaining properties upon addition.

VYLOPET® EMC405A is a Polybutylene Terephthalate + PET (PBT+PET) product. It is available in North America. Characteristics include: Flame Rated Good Esthetics High Flow

VYLOPET® EMC132-01 is a Polycarbonate + PBT (PC+PBT) product. It is available in North America. Primary characteristic: flame rated.

Ultimaker CPE+ is chemical and temperature resistant, tough, and demonstratesgood dimensional stability. CPE+ shows higher temperature resistanceand increased impact strength than regular CPE.

Polyumac Air-Cell T-240 is a hybrid, closed cell cross-linked polyester foam core that is an economical alternative to other cores used in the production of sandwich composite structures. In addition to its excellent strength to weight ratio, it offers good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures.

Detroit Body Filler 72300 is a very flexible, polyester adhesive, reinforced with milled fibers. 72300 has excellent flow, spread, and hang characteristics. 72300 should be used where a bonding putty is required. It can also be used to radius, fill or for fairing. 72300 is designed to stay flexible.

Detroit Body Filler 60700 is a flexible, thixotropic polyester compound that spreads smoothly for ease of application. This product is designed be used where high heat distortion temperatures are required using Isophthalic resins. 60700 can be catalyzed with MEK Peroxide or BPO paste. It is an excellent fairing compound.

Extrudr Flex Medium Blue is a durable elastomere based on Polycaprolacton-Polyester. It was specially developed for industrial applications and is ideally suited for the production of elastic and damping components. The material is optimized for the FFF/FDM process in regards to thermal stability and better flow properties. The raw material is compliant according to the REACH- and RoHS-Standards.

Ultimaker CPE is chemical resistant, strong, tough, and demonstrates gooddimensional stability. CPE is available in a wide range of colors, includinggrayscale for more professional looking models.

TR Industries TR-226 Polymer Concrete Release is a solvent based liquid polymer external mold release. It is ready to use on a wide variety of substrates (metal, aluminum, composite, urethane, etc.) when molding/casting highly filled polyester resins for the production of polymer concrete parts.

Fabru TPC is a Copolymer of ethylene and other unsaturated monomer.

HK Research R0229 resilient, acrylic modified isophthalic casting resin was developed specifically for use with 2,4 Pentanedione Peroxides to offer a faster curing and demolding system for densified casting manufacturers. The use of this special catalyst with the R0229 resin will give the molder castings that will approximate the cure of the BPO-cured resin systems without the amber color usually associated with the BPO-cured systems. White and light pastel-colored castings of R0229 using 2,4 Pentanedione Peroxide do have a slightly green color due to the decomposition products of the catalyst. This green cast is not readily evident in darker solid colors or dark granite castings.

AROFLINT® D808-XD-71 is a high acid value polyester supplied at 71% solids in an aromatic solvent blend. It is used in combination with an oxirane-modified ester such as AROFLINT® 303-X-90, AROFLINT® 608 or EPOTUF® 607 at various ratios to yield high performance coatings where excellent appearance, durability and toughness are required.

Ultimaker Tough PLA is a technical PLA filament with toughnesscomparable to Ultimaker ABS. Ideal for reliably printing technical modelsat large sizes, our Tough PLA offers the same safe and easy use asregular PLA.

Eager Polymers EP4117 is a room temperature curing, rigid, translucent, polyester resin for use with fiberglass fabric. It is an air-inhibited resin so additional layers can be applied without sanding between layers. Consequently, EP4117 is often called bonding resin or laminating resin. Successful applications include boat-building, auto body construction, mother mold production and other reinforced plastic parts by hand lay-up or chopper gun.

Resin-SA Pty Ltd RES CR002-U-N-A appears clear and it is fast curing casting resin.

GreenTEC Pro Carbon carbon is a biopolymer made from renewable resources with10% carbon fiber. The material offers high rigidity, very good mechanical properties and an increased temperature resistance. In addition, the raw material is approved according to the REACH- and RoHS-Standards.
