WACKER® E60 100 is a 60% emulsion of a low-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane fluid using a nonionic surfactant system. It has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture, polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

WACKER® 405 is a high-quality silicone sealant that offers exceptional adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. Specifically designed for construction, glass and window building, and industrial applications, this one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus sealant provides reliable performance. WACKER® Elastomer 350 N is a colorless liquid polymer of hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane. ELASTOSIL® RT 601 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It has a two-part formulation with a 9:1 mixing ratio. This product features low viscosity, medium cured hardness, and excellent tensile strength. The vulcanizate obtained is crystal clear and highly transparent. ELASTOSIL® RT 728 A/B is a two-part paste-like silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. When vulcanized, it exhibits excellent resistance to coolants and has a low compression set. This product is commonly used in applications such as bonding and sealing, as well as in the production of cured-in-place gaskets (dry type). Its notable properties include strong adhesion on synthetic materials that are resistant to antifreeze-water mixtures, as well as a low compression set.

WACKER® GM 196 is a brownish, highly viscous polysiloxane that is modified by alkyl and aralkyl functions. It is specifically designed for formulating release agents used in the thermal molding process of rubber, plastics, and low-melting nonferrous metals. Compared to traditional silicone fluids, WACKER® TN offers superior performance when the molded parts require subsequent painting, printing, coating, or bonding. Even in small quantities, WACKER® TN achieves exceptional release effects, allowing for precise reproduction of surface details on the molded articles. Furthermore, the product demonstrates excellent film-forming properties, ensuring optimal coverage and protection.

ELASTOSIL® M 4670 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is primarily used for making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy. Additionally, this grade is compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® M 4115 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature.
