Crystic® Laminating Resin 1122PA is an orthophthalic, low-viscosity, unsaturated polyester resin. It is supplied as a solution dissolved in monomeric styrene. This product is pre-accelerated to give sufficient pot life for contact molding using Andonox® KP9 catalyst at normal ambient temperatures. It is suitable for a wide range of applications. This product has been specially formulated to give rapid wetting and impregnation of reinforcements and to aid in the elimination of air. It is almost colorless when cured.

espol™ 38.05 is a non-accelerated, non-thixotropic vinyl ester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive chemical environments at room and elevated temperatures. It is specifically designed for pultrusion applications. Due to its high elongation and flexibility, espol™ 38.05 can also be used in tooling and mold making.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 1160PA is a general-purpose, thixotropic, pre-accelerated, very low styrene emission, orthophthalic polyester resin with low viscosity. It has a 25-minute gel time and is suitable for parts used in building and construction, transportation, and industrial applications. This product is a part of Scott Bader's Crystic® Green system.

Crystic® Orthophthalic Spray Topcoat 408PA White is a pre-accelerated flowcoat with excellent scuff resistance, designed for use in general purpose GRP moldings. It is based on a high quality orthophthalic unsaturated polyester resin and is suitable for all general molding requirements. The product is pigmented using a highly UV resistant grade of titanium dioxide.

Stypol® 040-2989 - isophthalic laminating tooling resin. Main applications areas are automotive, composites, industrial sector, marine, mass transports, mold manufactur etc.

Polycor® Tooling SP gel coats are formulated specifically for mold making. These precision-formulated gel coats utilize selected resins that exhibit high heat distortion to withstand the repeated molding of FRP laminates. None of these products contain lead. They provide a high gloss and hard durable surface. These tooling gel coats are formulated ready-to-spray after the addition of the proper amount of an appropriate methyl ethyl ketone peroxide catalyst. They are formulated to be low in hide so that imperfections can be easily spotted. Read application instructions carefully, because even though manufacturing precautions are used to make tooling gel coat, a misapplication of these products can produce unacceptable results.

SIROPOL 7241 resin is medium viscosity, excellent fiber wet­out and rigid polyester resin. The raw materials used in the manufacture of this resin are listed as acceptable in FDA regulation Title 21 CFR 177.2420 for repeated use in contact with food subject to user’s compliance with the prescribed limitations of that regulation.

Resin-SA Pty Ltd RES CR002-U-N-A appears clear and it is fast curing casting resin.

POLYCOR® TOOLING PA CLEAR 0200 - A pre-accelerated gel coat base on unsaturated polyester resin. It is cured using MEKP peroxide.This product is recommended for mold manufacturing process and provide durable surfaces to withstand the repeated moldings of GRP laminates.

HK Research R0075 Crystal Clear Casting Resin is UV light-stabilized to help maintain its color and clarity for many years.

HK Research R0229 resilient, acrylic modified isophthalic casting resin was developed specifically for use with 2,4 Pentanedione Peroxides to offer a faster curing and demolding system for densified casting manufacturers. The use of this special catalyst with the R0229 resin will give the molder castings that will approximate the cure of the BPO-cured resin systems without the amber color usually associated with the BPO-cured systems. White and light pastel-colored castings of R0229 using 2,4 Pentanedione Peroxide do have a slightly green color due to the decomposition products of the catalyst. This green cast is not readily evident in darker solid colors or dark granite castings.

Resin-SA Pty Ltd SHCP 3155 appears clear, low viscosity, highly pottable and fast cure.

BRE 365 is a Flat sheet and corrugated sheet with medium reactivity.

ATTSHIELD XO - Unsaturated isophthalic polyester resin with good mechanical and glass wetting properties. The resin is thixotropic, has been accelerated, and has a low styrene emission system. At normal room temperature, cure with methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP).

Polydyne® 5062P - preaccelerated, high transparency, flexible, low shrinkage. Main applications areas are composites, eyewear and jewelers, textile industry etc.

BRE 312 is a Eternit/corrugated sheet type used for high HDT, high weather resistance.

Detroit Body Filler 72525 is a fiberglass reinforced, isophthalic polyester adhesive with high chemical and heat resistance. This material displays excellent vertical hang properties while spreading and feathering smoothly.72525 should be used where a bonding putty is required. It can also be used to radius, fill or fairing.

BRE 360 is a Flat sheet and corrugated sheet used for high light transmittance.

Detroit Body Filler 72225 is a isophthalic, fiberglass reinforced, polyester adhesive. This material should be used where a bonding putty is required. It can also be used to radius, fill or for fairing. 72225 spreads and feathers smoothly.

EPOVIA TOOLING BR - Unsaturated Polyester based Gel Coat formulated to provide,a high gloss,durable surface with excellent release properties. High resistance to heat and chemicals allows it to withstand repeated molding cycles with good strength and abrasion resistance

Polydyne® 7030 - low viscosity, high reactivity for RTM light by vacuum process. It is generally used in composites applicatons.

OPTIMOLD 040-8060 - Unsaturated polyester resin to be used in conjunction with 040-8070 in tooling applications. Allows for rapid mold construction. Resulting tools are durable and have excellent dimensional stability.
