3B Fiberglass DS 7720-14P is designed to reinforce polyacetals POM resins with glass fiber. Its sizing has been developed specifically for POM and presents good properties in term of chemical and hydrolysis resistance. DS7720-14P has been developed in order to help reinforced plastics to meet the requirements of the most common food contact norms: EC 10/2011 and FDA Its very light color allows this product to be used in any natural grade compounds without impacting the color of the final part.An innovative manufacturing technology provides DS7720-14P chopped strand with an excellent bulk density. As a result, this product exhibits very good feeding properties compared to other competitive glass fiber materials.

Owens Corning M130 chopped strand mat represents a general-purpose solution for open mold hand lay-up applications in a variety of industries. Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant E-CR glass by Owens Corning. Made of medium tex, chopped strands randomly dispersed and bonded together by a highly soluble polyester powder binder. Certified by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (Pending).

3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. DS 8800-11P displays excellent dis-persion within a large range of resin viscosities, enabling high glass fiber contents (> 55%). It is known for final reinforced parts’ heat stability and high mechanical properties combi-ned with hydrolysis/glycolysis perfor-mances that are rated from high to even outstanding specifically in PPS. DS 8800 -11P also meets stringent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards such as EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS.

FC-7781 is made up of a 8HS Satin Weave with a Soft Typical Finish.

500gsm Unidirectional Glass Fabric, also known as EUD, or simply UD, is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin systems. This heavy UD glass is ideal for structural reinforcement of highly loaded composite beams. Available in 1.3m wide and slit into narrower tapes.

FC-7725 is made up of a 2x2 Twill Weave with a Soft Typical Finish.

3B Fiberglass 183F-11C is designed to reinforce PBT, ABS, ABS blends (with PC, PBT, PET) and styreni.When molded these products exhibit outstanding dry mechanical properties, and especially a high impact resistance. The versatile sizing gives also an excellent color in natural compounds and is suitable with flame retardant formulations. Specific manufacturing technology provides 183F-11C chopped strand product with excellent dispersibility. As a result, this product offers excellent properties in a wide range of applications.

3B Fiberglass 108F-14P is specifically designed to reinforce polycarbonate PC compounds with low glass fiber loading (5-15%).Its unique sizing technology results in exceptional performances in terms of dimensional stability, dispersion, mechanical properties and color. This product is not sensitive to flame retardant additives. 108F-14P is also very effective for the reinforcement of PVC resins. 3B Fiberglass MF 01 ER are E-CR glass filaments ground to a specified density. MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.
