The unique set of performance attributes makes it comparable to an unfilled thermoplastic like polypropylene. Parts can be printed with various DLP printers and machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.

Liqcreate Deep Blue is a general-purpose photopolymer resin for DLP, SLA, and LCD/MSLA technologies in the range of 385 - 405nm. Parts created with Liqcreate Deep Blue have a rigid character and its low shrinkage and high shape retention make this material perfect for the production of functional prototypes.The esthetically pleasing blue color, low odor, and gasoline & chemical resistant properties make this material perfect for rapid manufacturing and prototyping in the industrial and automotive market.

Liqcreate Composite-X is an extremely rigid and high-performance reinforced nano-micro composite resin for SLA, DLP & LCD/MSLA in the range of 385 - 420nm. Perfect for rapid tooling, wind tunnel testing, and industrial applications.Liqcreate Composite-X is one of the stiffest and strongest material available in the market. It has a flexural modulus of over 9000 MPa and flexural strength of 150 - 170 MPa. The material can be used after UV-post curing, or the properties can be boosted with a thermal cure. This material has features like excellent chemical resistance, high strength, and high stiffness.

Nexa3D xPRO410 is a fast printing, rigid photopolymer that can be printed with very high resolution features. Formulated with exceptional surface finish and extremely high print accuracy. IND410 exhibits dimensional accuracy of within 0.2% 13 after post curing. This product is perfect for printing accurate prototypes, that will be exposed to temperatures up to 70°C. Accuracy, combined with high HDT, makes this product ideal for consumer goods functional prototyping and small series production.

Rigid Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU)

Ebalta MG 707 / Z 400 is a 2-components polyurethane material, which is cured thermically and used for prototypes. The four mentioned formulations differ in being filled or non-filled and their mechanical properties. The B-components Z 400 (potlife 8-12 min.) and Z 460 (potlife 60-70 min.) are identical and can be mixed with each other to control the reactivity, e.g. potlife. These combinations of Z 400 and Z 460 comp. B can be made any way as long as the totally required quantity of comp. B is observed (for each system). The total amount of Z 400 and Z 460 always has to be 30 g for 100 g comp. A
