ELASTOSIL® M 4370 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4370 A/B is in creating silicone surfaces for printing rollers and making molds for casting low-melting metal alloys. This grade is compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® M 4470 is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and condensation-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. This grade offers good flowability and self-deaeration, making it easy to handle during the molding process. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding resistance to common casting resins. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4470 is in making molds for casting low-melting metal alloys.

Cerex® fabrics are spunbond nonwoven nylon fabrics produced by spinning and autogenously bonding continuous filaments of nylon 6,6 into a thin, Smooth and strong fabric.

Flamtard S (zinc stannate) is an insoluble, non-hazardous, antimony-free flame retardant synergist, and is increasingly being used in green applications, particularly in the electronics industry. It is extremely effective in PVC systems for cable sheathing, epoxy resins for printed circuit boards, polyamides and surface coatings. Flamtard S is thermally stable up to 400 °C; at higher temperatures (400 °C - 600 °C) zinc and tin ions exert catalytic activity that inhibits the radical chain reaction causing the flame.

BritePurge™ MX- is a high-performance ready-to-use mechanical purge compound in a pellet form. Formulated in a Modified Polyolefin Carrier that delivers an aggressive combination of components designed to successfully removes carbon build-up and degraded resin. Significantly reduces down time associated with color and resin changes, and very effective for sealing the barrel and screw. This product contains a proprietary scrubbing component.

Z-SUPPORT ATP is a soluble support filament designed with high thermal stability in mind. It does not dissolve in pure water, but in a mild alkaline solution created with Z-SUPPORT ATP Activator. Thanks to that, the material is much less sensitive to ambient moisture.

Silopren™ FSL 7641 by Momentive Performance Materials is comprised of Silicone Elastomer. It is commonly used as Molding Resin for a variety of applications. It is available in Liquid form.

Allied PhotoPolymers KZ-1870-WH is a tough ABS like, dimensionally stable resin for 355 nm Solid State Laser Systems. It is ideal for general purpose and dimensionally challenging builds. Superior humidity resistance and exceptional shrink characteristics are major differentiators.

SYMPOXY 1225FR-CA561 is a filled, two component epoxy system that is pigmented black.

TR Industries TR-111CS Slurry Wax Release is a soft white compounded wax based on refined petroleum waxes. Leaves no discoloration to molded parts and contains no silicones. TR-111CS is a slightly firmer version of TR-111.

ER&GE (UK) PE-LD is a low-density polyethylene. It is a ductile, soft material with high thermal stability at low temperatures, but becoming less stable at higher temperatures. It is physiologically harmless and is suitable for many different sorts of processing, in particular the manufacture of molded parts.

High Heat PLA (Polylactic Acid) 3D Printing Filament engineered to deliver improved heat-resistance and high impact strength to 3D printed parts, this formulated grade achieves thermal and mechanical properties similar to ABS while offering an alternative to styrenic-based materials. Printed parts made from this PLA can be heat treated, which can obtain properties that exceed ABS. To achieve a heat treat on a printed part, submerge in water (or bake in oven) at 100-120C for up to 30 minutes. Manufactured in the USA using High Heat PLA 3D870 resin. This material is a great substitute for normal PLA when greater heat resistance and impact strength is desired.

DuraPro ASA Red is a weatherproof and UV-resistant copolymer developed for industrial applications. It is characterized by high process reliability and is ideally suited for mechanically highly stressed components. The material is electrically insulating. DuraPro ASA is optimized for good layer adhesion, thermal stability, better flow properties and lower warping tendencies. The raw material is approved according to the REACH-, RoHS- and FDA-Standards.
