With non-marring surface properties, you don’t have to worry about latent failures in electronics. These materials are the only industrially proven, safe material for ESD sensitive applications. Currently, Essentium TPU 80A-Z is the softest 3D printing material that can be printed on any open-source printer. It has excellent elongation at break and impact strength and has a low friction surface that allows for easier feeding while printing.

PRODUCTS FOR GASKETSThese are specially developed TPUs for manufacturing hydraulic gaskets or any other application where at high compression set, resistance to oils and/or high temperatures, is required. Two products based on polycaprolactone (2202-95A and 107- 93A) plus one based on Ether (2203-93A) belong to this group depending on the application.

It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It has low Mooney viscosity, superior processing characteristics and provides compounds with high elongation..

It is polymerized at low temperature and contains sufficient antioxidant for normal aging conditions. It has fast curing rate, low mold fouling and superior resilience properties. It has good processing characteristics in compounds where flow and knitting are desired and is especially valuable in high durometer compounds..

PHOENIX™ 12602 is a white color, Excellent adhesion to PC, ABS, PC+ABS, PA, PET-G, Soft touch, anti-slip, and easy coloring. It has a good tensile strength with roHS compliant. Also suitable for electrical tools, pneumatic tools, mouse and electronic equipment.

BC8990 is a two-component urethane elastomer compound specifically designed for general purpose molding and casting of various shapes. This product is a safe, easy-to-handle, room temperature mixing and curing system that contains no TDI, MDA or MOCA. BC8990 may be used to provide abrasion resistant liners, pads and bumpers. The low shrinkage, low viscosity, superior toughness, and excellent detail reproduction of makes this system ideal for general purpose castings and quality tooling operations. It may also be used in potting and encapsulating applications.
